Seán Mac Falls
Her eyes a tempest,
Cold words dropping like water,
  .  .  .  Shivering in rain.

Exquisite torments,
Her body, voice, my leaving—
Freedom above all.

He follows a win, shoddy as tin,
What a week, one sorry victory
And tales to be strewn, too thin
His climbing hill, a pyrrhic story.

Crystal light— sun shines,
All the world, memories of groove,
  .  .  .  Akashic record.
The akashic records – akasha being a Sanskrit word meaning "sky", "space" or "aether" – are described as containing all knowledge of human experience and all experiences as well as the history of the cosmos encoded or written in the very aether or fabric of all existence. The records or The Book of Life in the Bible (Psalm 69:28, Philippians 4:3, Revelation 3:5, 13:8, 17:8, 20:12, 20:15 and Revelation 21:27) are described as being in a non-physical plane described as a library; other analogies commonly found in discourse on the subject include a "universal supercomputer" and the "Mind of God".

Elder apple tree—
Green arms laden with ripe fruit,
Some grey branches fall.

She said she loved him,
He heard words burn into stone,
Now temple ruins.
Ogham is sometimes called the "Celtic Tree Alphabet", based on a high medieval Bríatharogam tradition ascribing names of trees to the individual letters. The etymology of the word ogam or ogham remains unclear. One possible origin is from the Irish og-úaim 'point-seam', referring to the seam made by the point of a sharp weapon.

Work a day world, whirls,
Naught ever a day, not wasted,
Sun shines in dark Pub.
For all the gainfully unemployed . . .
Cheers!

We walk lonely shores,
Under fog of noonday sun,
  .  .  .  Shining lake waters.

He Said:

Climb aboard,
Lift yourself into dream,
I will only take you,
You must surrender,
If the sky should fade
Or the heavens fall,
Hold on—
Never doubt I may love
You.

She Said:

Hold me,
Look into my eyes
Forever and only say what I,
Already feel, already know,
I will, will happiness,
I shall keep tenderness,
In a box of joinings
And lavender,
The mystic blue
Of earth and sky
Is in my hand,
Overreaching.

Light in motley Pub—
Mellow joy only musicians know,
  .  .  .  Face on lone piper.

Suddenly, she stole—
A kiss, a bliss that made me
Love her forever more.

My story ends of sparkle,
Hands, winding me in fable
The dark lines of her lashing eyes
Are burning rings, shear ice,
Covering the lost ponds of spring,
To see her in the ripening fields
Is to know the myriad colours
Of flowers, wild with loneliness,
She is always numbering the days,
Always on parade, hair, with out end,
Tresses trailing the wind.

I gave ocean pearls,
Her answer was no— blue firs,
Hold, cold water beads.
