*** should not be Bait
nor means for leverage;
*** should be expressive
of deeper spiritual tides.

Maybe it's just me
and my romantic philosophy
but I'm sick of this complacent disedification;
all this living for selfish instant gratification.
Every Subject is deeply fascinating;
some are lucky enough to have found Subjects with which they resonate.
Though, if you've not yet found a Subject that fascinates you,
worry not that there is none to be found;
simply persevere and continue seeking
that you may one day find such a Subject;
that you may perhaps make manifest
your truest of Passions
and that perhaps you, yourself,
may leave a lasting and beautiful mark
on this world.
Try walking around barefoot
even if for just a few hours;
it provides a new appreciation
for proper posture and tidiness.
Perhaps also a suitable analogy for the way One chooses to use One's Mind.

Also, the word "myth" as it exists today (being: "illusory, imaginary, unreal or untrue") is wholly desecrated and abstracted from it's original meaning in ancient Greek: "significance, relevant, symbolic." Shamanism is a mythic thing. Dreams are mythic. Mythology is the study of what provides relevance to a group of people; religious concepts. Non-literal, although sometimes rather ironically literal, concepts from which we are to draw a sense of morality and a sense of history and a sense of significance.
Symbolism for the unity and perfection that is this state of being.
Mythos is the Yin to the Yang that is Logos;
one without the other is disease:
one without the other is the story of Western history.
Among the most necessary things
for the survival of intellectual constructs
(such as personal rights, privileges, and information in general)
is the notion of Satyagraha, as coined by Gandhi:
The notion of Peaceful Non-Compliance
to the ******* of your time.

It is truly Compassion manifest.

Civil Disobedience is a Virtue
of which you will never hear in our Schools or Churches
or on packages at Wal-Mart
or from Politicians.

Civil Disobedience is the Voice
that cannot be taken until your Death.

Civil Disobedience is the Music and pulse
of a truly living Culture.

Civil Disobedience is the respectful denial to conform
to the laws imposed and policies enacted
by those who are undeserving of such power,
or those who abuse the power they so grandiosely wield.

Civil Disobedience is necessary
for the survival of a thriving popular Democracy,
and thus is punished by the Authoritarians
who use Democracy as a veil for Totalitarianism.

Civil Disobedience is the only vote you'll ever be guaranteed in your life.
It is Democracy seeking refuge in Vigilantism,
It is Anarchy embodying the greater good.
It is what must be done in the face of Oppression by Authority.

I most sincerely and personally maintain:

Civil Disobedience is a Virtue,
Civil Disobedience is a Need,
Civil Disobedience is a Philosophy.
Civil Disobedience is Peace and Harmony
in the faces of Chaos and Tyranny.

Civil Disobedience;
Peaceful Non-Compliance
Respectful Dissent
Informed Resistance.

Pacifism is not for the faint of Heart.

*Then again,
the options are few
when we couldn't fight back
if we needed to.

Profanity is a ******* Tool.
Profanity is Subjective.
Profanity doesn't necessarily show intellectual or moral paucity.
Profanity is a form of emphasis; a form of ******* catharsis, an aspect of humour.
******* humour:
A goldmine rooted in Shadow,
  excavated by Logic
and which seems,
for the most part,
wasted on the irrefutably
illogical, or at least bi-polar
(if not higher-multi-polar)
masses.

"Anyone who relies on any one given tool is a fool, as
anyone who denounces a given tool for how it has been used by others is outright stupid."

A carpenter who can only use a hammer is quite restricted,
A musician who can only play alone is no good in a band,
A poet who only writes can't show the world how it's meant to be read (if at all),
A comedian who only swears has little else to offer,
A person who only speaks but doesn't act on it is a liar.

A carpenter who won't use a hammer is self-sabotaging.
A musician who can only play with others has no personal skill.
A poet who refuses to write starves oneself of potential.
A comedian who won't swear better have a good point.
A person who only acts but reuses to speak had better be a monk or mime!
(The last two were perhaps failed, even vein attempts at humour..
I shall leave that up to you to decide!)

Profanity is a Tool:*
I believe that no matter the profanity, a message can still be well received
by those who care enough to receive it.
Better still are those who can interpret the profanity
as humourous accentuation, emphasis, catharsis
and not necessarily as overly-abrasive and immature.

That said, some people are just totally ******* immature about it.
If you can't stand the profanity, get the ******* the internet. 4srs.
Better yet, shut yourself away from the world
lest you ever deal with that which you find unsettling.
So ist das Leben.
Telle est la vie.
Así es la vida.
Such is life.
Satan is a metaphor
for destructive manifestations
of cosmic Energies;
allowing Potential
to go horribly awry;
and, in that sense,
is very much real.

Lucifer is a metaphor
for a seeker and preacher
of deeper understanding;
informed dissent,
liberation via mass enlightenment;
and, in that sense,
is truly a Saint.

I find it rather funny,
the power Names hold
while it's also rather funny
how hollow Words really are,
that is, until someone
reads, listens, thinks, or speaks
using Language as we know it;

then the ancient Spells
come wholly into a Life
entirely unto their own:

It is within the Power of such Spells
to incite and to quell
grief, joy, confusion, insight
inoculation, ignorance,
inurement, indoctrination,
harmony, discord,
love, hate, disdain, respect
peace and war;

God as well as the Devil
lie dormant within our Actions and Words.
A simplistic paradox;
Infinitely finite and finitely infinite.

Now and Never,
Once and Forever.
Logical and Mythical
Real and Illusion.

Reality is all of these things
yet is it none
for these are but words
which oversimplify, by definition.

Reality is a state of mind.

Nothing can convey the true vividness of Reality
except the whole experience of Life itself.

Art tries and comes close
and is a sort of Temple in the Mind
to the once and always infinite;
the secular Divine.

Inexplicable and intelligible
Ineffable and described.
Secular and Holy
All and None.

There is a pattern here
of polarity as unity
of duality as singularity
of simplicity as complexity.

Humans make of simplicity, complexity
and of what's singular we divide.
Of a unity, we polarize.
There is a pattern here.

Reality and all it's subsequent domains
are both holographic and tangible.
It is a paradox of obvious nature,
with an obvious answer hidden by Mind.

It is what it is.
Live it as such.
When you look for it,
it evades detection.
When you listen for it,
it remains silent.
When you think about it,
it puzzles you.
When you stop pursuing it,
it stops fleeing.
When you sit with it,
as if for tea, on neutral ground,
it sits with you.
As if as friends, on neutral ground.
If you stop demanding of it
it reveals itself to you
and then with any luck
you shall see it, hear it,
exist through it, and just be it.

Once you can be it,
you see how everything is it.
Always was. Always will be.
Inseparable, yet scattered.
One, yet many. Me, yet you.
My pencil and my paper.
My reality, yet yours. Yet hers
and his and theirs and ours.
All at once, yet forever.
Ceasing when we die, yet continuing.
Changing each instant, yet forever the same.

Then you see the suicide in hostility.
The reflective nature of sabotage.
The reciprocation of respect.
The beauty and power of love
in all it's ambiguity. For all, yet for one.
An old poem of mine,
figured I should revive it.
Never compromise thy Light.

Though, in Dark Times,
thy Light may seem irrelevant,
please do try to bear in Mind:
Darkness is but absence of Light;
and thus, I'm compelled to reiterate:

Never compromise thy Light.
Inspired by a poem by Kelly Rose;
dedicated to anyone who needs it.
You are not your Body,
but your Body is your Temple;
and your Temple is the only Altar
at which I'm compelled to worship.

The Goddess I know is present
The Goddess I know and love
The Goddess known to you as "I"
dwells within that earthly Temple
thus is thy Temple my Altar

I want to darken the room;
to turn off the lights
draw the curtains
and then to light candles
and disrobe our Temples
and lay upon a bed of satin
and to begin to carefully trace
the subtle curves, circles, arcs and lines of your Temple
with the lips, tongue, teeth and fingertips of mine
and to forget the sense of Time
we both know so well by now;

I want the Music of the harmonies of our Temples
to drown out the music of the turntable

I want the rhythm of our Love
to pulse so deep into the Night
that it comes back out the other side

I want the melodies we accidentally sing
to make the Moon and Stars blush with envy

I want to worship your Temple
in all the ways that we'd see fit;

I want us to moan in blissful, belligerent unison,
our eyes meeting with such electricity
that the spark creates ephemeral dim light
just before the magnetism pulls us together
and we kiss a kiss to end all kisses
just before we kiss a kiss to begin it all again.

I want this holy communion
under naked moonlight of Love
and I want to hold your Temple
until all Temples cease to be.

Time has no meaning
when we're apart.
Time has yet less meaning
when we're together.

I love you and your magnificent Temple,
my one and only Earthly Goddess,
and I can wish for nothing more
than to be able
to make you unable
to doubt it,
once more.
Love, and moreover ***, are deeply spiritual to me, as you may have noticed.
This poem is about that notion more so than an individual,
although an individual sure comes to mind
(though, she'll likely never read this unless I mail it to her; which I did)

— The End —
