You found me washed up,
I’d fallen at sea,
Searching for an island,
I’d dreamt into being-
I was sure it was safe from all harm.

Half alive,
you dragged me up and into the dunes,
Began to resuscitate me,
with nothing else, but the sureness in your eyes.
My heart danced,
Yet my head stood still.

We tangled our threads,
I held your throat, with electric hands,
Wrapped up in our own special place,
You were my fire in the rain.

And as the fires roared,
Love soared,
So I jumped from my own skin,
With fear In my hands,
Strangled my self to death
Putting myself out,
trampling upon the embers of us,

With the same old boots i had worn before   you saved my life x x

A Face without eyes,
A slow dance to a song without notes.
I’m Floating in space,
My love howls into silence
No smiles to be found down slippery slopes.

Oceans of sin,
I swim and i swim,
For fear of what lurks on the land.
Hold my hand in the dark,
We can live with one another,
as the storm fiercely greets golden sands.

Sideways, i smile at the moon in the night,
Its glare looms over my heart,
A bird with clipped wings falls cold on bleak wind,
And plummets..

Was it youth that was lost?

Or just the body got older

As this child is still running riot!

I think that I thought forever was forever?
Seems you already knew,
that forevers happen never,
I wish I could have read your mind x

Street lights hang,
Pavements patter,
Old whisky bars,
go ***** your chatter.
Life Story’s thrown around like bags of old noise,
in love with these strangers,
Where Men become boys.
Cash,
splashed,
Noses,
dashed,
Kicked down Dopamine doors,
Cigarettes curling the words on your breath,
Ignoring the morning,
The city is yours x

She’s distant,
still a thousand stars from a dream,
The hat keeps dropping
But her wits can’t see the person he’s being.

And with a heart break she wanders back,
She pleads with his silence,
Leaving her senses,
In love with the lies that were making her crack.

She’s given herself,
She’s fallen apart,
Addicted to chaos and turbulent starts.

Sometimes she’d just lay with her head on his chest,
Watch the sky to the beat of his heart,
She’d gaze and she’d wonder if she’d given her best,
Or if her love was a piece of lost art.

And the mayhem consumed her,
She fought, and she bled,
For a dream that was left to a place in her head,
She’s a lover,
A giver,
She’s wild at heart,
On a quest that led her right back to the start x

Will your world finally return to you,
once you cry out into an empty space loud enough?

Will you allow the frayed threads of your voice
not to be drowned out by the patter of self doubt?

Could its chance to be heard
only exist
in your own terrified silence ? X
