I'm not sure anymore,
Which part of us is right.
We're together somewhere in this darkness,
Even though we've lost all sight.

Pure intentions lost in translation,
Maybe we've lost our focus?
Like two impassioned artists,
Spilling paint onto our canvas.

Despite our mistakes though,
I'm sure we can save our work of art.
For even though we paint blindly,
Together we create an image of pure heart.

..
I am nowhere,
And I've been working for years to get here.
Something inside me is broken.
Pulling, and pushing; it's pain I cannot bear.
I am chilled,
But not from the cold air.
Some part of me can't help but pick,
At these silent scars I wear.
Everything good is muffled,
I feel guilty in your eyes.
And I am so ******* scared,
That I may never truly rise.

And you deserve so much more than this.

The light is gone,
there's nothing but darkness here.
Can you feel me?
Fingertips to lips.
Darkness enshrouding,
listen..
to the first aching note.
Your heart stirring,
in time to this melody.
Draw your warmth in close,
and you'll find me there.
Heartbeats coinciding,
lips pressed gently,
hands entangled.
There is fire smouldering,
passion in your eyes.
Clinging to memories,
fading in the night.
and they can't reach us here,
here, no-one exists.
Nothing but your soft breathing,
your gentle smile..
A nothing that is everything.
And the light surrounding you,
You, my most beautiful of hurt.

I guess that I knew,
From the first time I lay next to you.
The way your body fit mine,
As if by some other beings design.
Just the unreal softness of your skin,
Should have clued me to what would begin.
The enchanting smell of your wondrous hair,
Intoxicating, as we held each other on your living room chair.
Looking back I wonder how we did not know,
Just how much our love would come to grow..

I want to find the pieces of you,
That noone else can see.
Those exquisite parts where your soul, your destiny,
Runs free.

The parts of you that want
This kind of love forever..
Our eyes would meet
And the earth would move,
As we came together..

We would dance,
You and I..
Turning slowly,
Hands to hips.
Creating melodies with our love,
With crescendos rising towards,
The meeting of our lips.

But, for now.

I can trace the soft lines of your skin,
Luminous ivory in this darkness.
I can taste the curves of your soft pink lips,
Revelling in the fire of our passionate kiss.

I can watch those same lips as they press together and then part,
As I trace the wondrous maps of veins over your sweet *******,
Back to your heart.

And that, my dear, is where I shall make my home.

I feel your eyes on me,
Pulling me towards you.
Your intensity heightens,
Till surrender is all I can do.
I breathe in your taste,
Enveloped by your very life.
Your lips embrace mine,
Cutting through protests like a knife.
They move with subtle dexterity,
Melting my very soul.
With your fiery passion,
And ardent resolve.
Your body moves slowly,
Stirring sensations deep within mine.
We begin to move as one,
Bodies, minds and souls align.
Something begins to rise in me,
Blossoming from my inner femininity.
I see your lips press together gently,
Hear your sharp exhale, and am thrown into divinity.
All the while, your eyes still on me,
Inferring something with a raise of one brow..
But those wondrous lips form no words,
Not a single vow.

I saw your colours dancing,

When I closed my eyes to sleep.

So I gave you a piece of my heart,

That I now pray you will keep.

When I look into your eyes.

I can see through fire,

Seeing your mind peering back,

It fills my being with desire.

I see you existing,

With your exotic beauty and spirit,

It all leaves me quite breathless,

Something I hate to admit.

Knowing deep within my soul,

That you could set me free.

Trying to keep myself in check,

Do I have to let things be?

In another time or place,

Maybe you’d be mine?

For me and you though, my dear,

The stars they must align.

And so I pledge to you,

As I ponder us this night.

That although I cannot fix all things,

It’s your soul for which I fight.
