They call me patches;
I have patches all over me.
On my arm, on my leg,
and on my forehead, you see.

Yes, they call me patches;
I have them from head to toe.
On my back, and my chest,
and any bare spot, they go.

Yes, they call me patches;
I'm covered from north to south
but, I still
have a cigarette in my mouth.
