Can you see it?
The spirit that is all alone
It weeps with regret
Cries with sadness
Yet you cannot hear it
You can only feel it
Even then....
It is still alone
It still fights pain that doesn't exist
Always alone
Always forgotten
Never to be remembered
Ever.....
Can you see it?
It's tears
It's pain
It's sadness

A place where dreams are reality
Where one can trust another
Even the harshest of animals find peace
Where nightmares don't exist
A place where waterfalls are a soft thing
Where any butterfly can become an eagle
That soars high in the sky
Stormy skies and draining suns
Become starry skies
And setting suns cast moonlight everywhere
A place where no matter who you are
Or what you've done
You may always find peace

Searching for a purpose
He travels to the greatest of challenges
Treads only the most dangerous paths
Hikes only the tallest of mountains
Fights the harshest weather
And only sleeps
When he is close to death

Before I was shy
Afraid of the unknown
Hated new things
I could never leave my comfort zone
The place where I felt safe
Away from embarrassment
Hiding from guilt and shame
The I was hit
In the face
Hard
Then I realized
There is no comfort zone
There is nothing to protect you
But you own will
So now I see it
How blue the sky is
How lush the forests are
How vast the sea truly is
The harsh truth of reality
Only myself can protect me
I'm no longer chained to the past
And I look unto the future

The mind such a dangerous weapon
Used to outsmart and outwit opponents
The spirit such a powerful being
The one thing to always drive you
The one thing to always be you
The body such is power
Giving vigilance, strength, and movement
The heart which bestows
Gifting bravery and hope
And when all three are combined
A deadly force is created
A creation which has power over life
And death

Fate
A thing to be accepted
Or a thing to be challenged
Fate steers us toward our end
Or to a new beginning
A fading light in the darkness
Or a shadow in the blinding light
Is Fate our destiny
Can we fight it if we tried
Our does our Fate predict even that
Can we **** Fate
Or will Fate **** us

It can be cold and cruel
Or it can be warm and pleasant
It can be short and fleeting
Or it can be long and boring
It can fruitful
Or it can be dry
Rule it yourself
Or Life
Will be stolen from you
