She doesn't like staring at herself in the mirror ... Afraid of what she might see ... She doesn't feel like herself ... The ghosts from her eerie past ...continue to chase her ... She keeps drowning among her memories ... It's eating her up inside .... Everyday she wishes she could escape this torture ... She keeps running away .... Without getting anywhere ... Until one day she lifts up her face looks directly at her reflection ... Without blinking ... She faces noone else but herself ... She isn't a stranger ... She is just a young woman ... With a story of her own ... With sweet & sad memories .... She is not perfect & will never be ... So she breaths deeply ... And finally smiles at that girl she had been trying to avoid for too long ... Her own self .... The answer to her worries was & had always been right in front of her ... Loving herself first was the key to her happiness ...

As Tears suddenly run down my cheeks.... I  slowly close my tired eyes ...remembering that it is ok to not always be strong ...i can finally let go ... Now i don't know when was the very last time since i wrote in my diary ... Maybe I'm simply afraid that the words will eventually vanish just like my happiness has ... Like the wind blows away today's leaves ... Until
I  hear something.. It's not really a sound ....
.For its my heart that Is trying to tell me " you can make it"
So i listen closely ... My heart knows best ... I know ... So in that moment ...
My fears begin to drift away ... as i open my eyes i realize that other things may break except my smile ... Noone can take away my smile ...

She is stubborn ... Gets mad constantly ... Rarely listens to anyone ..but that's because most are attempting to change her .. And transform her into someone she does not wish to be
     She is brave
         She is strong
             She is unique
She dances and sings under the moonlight
     Looking up at the sky she wishes upon a star that one day she will reach paradise ... A place were she will be free ... To be herself ...
Without being afraid to express who she really is inside
The girl siting quietly at the back of the classroom ... She is who has the most beautiful dreams
Though many may not notice her ... She is more fearless
than you might expect ... And when you see her cry as others make fun of her ... Those tears will only make her stronger than she already is... Because she is wise enough to keep being who she is
Not trying to please the world ... Instead simply listening to her heart ... Allowing nature to be her silent guide ...and music her inspiration ... Closing her eyes ..she can see more clearly than ever before ... At last she won't ever forget to love ... Loving herself is the first step ...

She begins to dream of the spring days that flew by ... So full of sunshine ... Butterflies .... Colorful gracefully yet tiny hummingbirds soaring with their mesmerizing Beauty ... The scent of flowers during springtime ..... Puppies playing in the Garden .... Birds singing their way through the day ..giving so much joy .... To her tender heart ... Such memories will keep her warm through the fall ... Through the winter ... Until springtime arrives once again .....
