This life too lazy
For fame and gain

Beneath thatch both
Legs stretch

Mind idling I take
My ease

When some think of falling
They can't help but think of flying

And when some think of flying
They can't help but think of falling
Sorry I didn't have to time to be on HP yesterday! I might not have much today either but I'll try my best.

This poem was inspired by a line in the book "Reached" in the series "Matched".

(This note was written by the person that had one cat. I feel like everyone that has a cat has more than that. Me too.)

I feel like I’m alone in a library with no guide,
the silence pressing in,
the words on the pages a reminder
that I can’t connect to anything.
The book I’m reading is losing its meaning,
the plot unraveling
with each sentence I try to understand.
And I wonder,
if I keep reading,
will the ending ever come?
Or is this story one
that doesn’t have a finish,
one that leaves me lost in its endless chapters?
