HAPPIER THAN YOU IMAGINE
Is your love for those around you
just for some-time or forever?
If it's just for worldly periods
cruel is death for minded mankind.

How can you depart with all those
who have left you to your sorrow?
What can compensate that feeling
if no meeting is to follow?

What's your hope if you are walking
to a change that makes you nothing?
From mere nothing to another
never gives you satisfaction.

Man, you're walking to that pleasure
where you'll meet your sublime Father,
Who has made you for that rapture
to rejoin your dearest darlings.

ONLY IN THAT MAN AND GOD
Where can we find the greatest hope
in this so vast and endless world?
We need support for this hard life
and just in Him it can be found.

When children are afraid, they go
to parents, their secure resort.
They get so fond of those great two
until they turn white-haired and old.

Who can achieve the parents' role
except Who came to earth and wept.
He cured the sick and raised the dead
and had no cushion for His head.

He gave the people bread to eat
and wine to drink that were so dear
as they were His own flesh and blood
endowed in taste the hearts will greet.

JESUS, THE GREATEST MAN EVER [AS A MAN, NOT AS A GOD]
Lamb of God, You knew Your killers,
and You knew what they intended,
but Your love could stay as burning
till Your death and not affected.

You could teach the deepest lesson
from the start till our present.
Those who wished to see You suffer
Continued to be Your brothers.

I adore the people who can
offer something of great value.
Ere the Passion, You could conquer
with Your angels those offenders.

On the cross your love was heartfelt.
You forgave those who were butchers,
and You asked Your mighty Father
to absolve those simple hearted.

MY ONLY AIM
I look for You in merry dreams
as Your existence makes them bright.
My search can fill my heart with joy
because Your face is my delight.

I search for You within the day;
the sun is up and sends me light
to make my eyes and heart so pleased
when l expect to see Your sight.

I want to be alive since life
can yield the hope to spot Your face
as when l meet You l fulfill
the goal that makes me sing and dance.

I search for You and kindly ask
Your tender heart to do the same.
Man's trip is short and ere the end,
Your meeting is my only aim.

Why don't you answer me my dearest friends?
Are you quite satisfied with your own lives?
Do you find all your care exists in fun?
Does not your end create a sense of doubt?

Are you so sure of what this life can mean?
Have you discovered what you need from it?
Are you performing all what you're supposed
to do and going where you'll find full rest?

I love you all and think you are elites.
You think and write what is so deep and wise.
You are the guides who lead confiding sheep.
Consider me a lamb who needs a word.

What do you think of life? Is there a task
which man should do ere he departs or leaves?
Are we supposed to be prepared for death?
Is there no Father Who will meet His kids?

HAVE YOU GOT AN ANSWER?
We need something in this cruel world
that makes us feel a sort of rest.
Where can we find it in our lives?
We are all lost and seek a trace.

The way that leads to cool our blood
that scalds our hearts and wears our veins
is found in drinks to soothe and calm
and cheer the hearts with drizzling rain.

I envy those whose blood is cold
and rules the fears the world evokes.
Where can their blood bring calmness from?
Tell me, l'll not forget my debt.

Can they be sure of what will come?
Don't they abhor the coming grave?
Will they depart just like a cat?
No loving Father will they meet?

WE'RE AWAITING CHRISTMAS.
Greatest hope to mankind will occur
in that cave faraway from the rich.
He's the king of all kings and He'll start
His own life in a cave shepherds have.

He conceives that His task is so hard.
They will end His short life on a cross,
and the start will be poor with no cash,
but He's pleased; His soul lives to no end.

He'll tell man nothing can spoil the glee;
a poor life, a harsh end won't bring fear
as man knows that his soul has no end
in a place full of calmness and peace.

Come, my Lord, show us that one is glad
as his joy overflows from inside
where no worms can destroy what he feels
which is wrought by Your hand of high mace.
