T
Remember when I asked you for space?
But what I really wanted was you.
7 nights before,
You kissed me 3 times,
Under the purple moon.
Your eyes filled with tears
And mine did too.
We left it all in the past,
When we said goodbye too soon.
We’re more alike
than what we think
I certainly didn’t have to blink,
I already knew my heart
was made of ink.

Ink that helps me trace
words almost extinct.
In this community
Problems don’t shrink,
But our strength doesn’t sink.
Writing is not a hobby, it’s a way of life ✨✨
I will follow you
Till the earth and sun collide
Ashes in the wind.

Caits
love me in the crowded room
where no one is watching
watch me dance among the stars
and bellow at the wind

let me sing my worries
and whisper my joys

love me like you love the falling leaves
with your hands tucked in your pockets
before jumping in with everything

love me like you aren’t afraid
in a crowded room
for someone to see you
I promised myself
my age would not define me
setting the clock back.
I never needed you.

I only wanted you.
Love will not survive
if not accompanied by trust.
