Moments like these

Do you ever feel as if there are moments that force you to disconnect?
Moments like these.
Perched on a stoop.
Sun peeking through pregnant spring clouds.
Rain
Drops,
Bellowing for hope
Change
Growth
Newness.
Do you ever feel,
as if,
you’re,
too connected,
to the world?

I guess I had to disconnect to reconnect...

If I were to say,

Everything would become too real,
Although maybe I'd be able to feel.
