Her eyes remind me of mine
Falling in love was as easy as sipping on wine
And falling over in a ditch somewhere; *** oozing from my vines
Making love to the ground
Laying kisses to the earth
In this very moment, her body is my mind
Intertwined
Dancing on the edge of Divine
Bittersweet is the moment of peak debauchery
And so I savour the decline

In the self-serving part of my mind she has to be mine;
In the conceited part she will be mine;
In the ever-dreaming part she already is;
In reality, she never will be

Ask me why I sleep all the time
That is the answer
To feel her love as if it were mine
Behind my eyelids is a love that only dreams could ever manufacture
for my ivy

I keep your perfume dabbed note by my bedside
Every time I sleep, yours is the last scent I know;
And every time I wake you kiss me good morning
A cruel reality makes the dream all the more sweet
she broke me
