I left you behind
All alone in the Darkness...
And so, Alone...
Into that Darkness
You sank.

It's most terrifying seeing the Happy go Lucky become serious.

This is not a love poem
Nor is it a hate
But it isn't quiet sorrowful
And no, it's not about fate

Just a poem about a simple girl
And the decision she had made
To leave behind the real world
And in her fantasy world, She would stay

Her eyes were made of stars
Her voice, The galaxies
She could be light and frolicsome
In her world of beautiful things

So here she stayed in her make believe play
And here in her own world, is where she would stay.

I see shadows in the corner
Running figures down the hall
Children peaking past the door
Young ones bouncing *****

They come to greet me
Now and then
They make me feel okay again
I'm the one they won't betray
They are the ones that I can trust
The ones I wish were you
But to forget you, I must

They replace you in my head
They replace you in my heart
They hold a special place, even in my darkest parts
So maybe I should get some sleep now
Before they come again
Because just for now..
I'll forget you were once
My Special friend

I have followers
I love them
I'm sure their amazing
I may not know them personally
But their poems are worth praising

They take their time to write and read
All these mesmerizing poems I see

So I appreciate these strangers and poets
who take their time to share
all their wonderful inspiration
and put it into words with care.

Only those who aren't kind
never realize they lack kindness.

You tell me to be wise
You tell me to be loving
You tell me to open my eyes
and be Everything I wasn't

You tell me to be honest

Perfect
And Nice

But Dear, I would like to see you try being all of these
at least once or twice.

Life is one big puzzle
Never to be complete
For there is always one thing
The puzzles missing piece.

Are stolen by the tides

I hate the way you built a home
in my heart where you reside

I also hate the way I'd wait by the phone for a text or call
I hate how I can't hate you
not even a little bit
Perhaps not even at all

Not too much or we'll tear it down.

And then wonder why you frown.

As long if it is who WE choose.

Splashing water, Teens widespread.

Forgive the Girl who broke your heart

Forgive the friends who left when it became tough

For now I am at your side, releasing you from the dark

On that illuminating night,

of the unwanted paint

But underneath is Silver of its own

Clouded with paint, and shine and plaster
Hurry and remove this fake taint faster
Show my silver, my platinum, my bronze
No longer am I fond of this imitative gold I have on

A Friendship gone sour

Do you think we'd be friends 3 years from now?
That kind of talk was disallowed

But little did I know
that day would come to be
when the friend of 3 years
would move without telling me

We had our fights
Our little contretemps

Remember in the end
You were the one that left

Thus the fight seemed to do the deed
It broke us apart in our last times of being

I wondered what you wanted
yet I never made a peep

We laughed the week before
But never dared to do more
for we weren't as close as we were before

Why? Because if something truly hurt , It never really stops.

You who's eyes lost their light

You who lost all will to fight

Next time I open my eyes

I will see your loving smile

And You must promise me

You will always give me that wistful smile

As I begin my Journey of loving you

Hide your feelings in a Glass Jar
Send them through the Ocean ,
to prevent more Scars

For these feelings you hid away
Only brought you pain each day

So Darling hear me out

I could no longer live with that imperfect love

The thin threads search for one another to entwine with

These thin threads binding their victims forcefully

Realism and Escapism paste over your mind

I fake a laugh
I force a smile
I put on a facade for the while

Until you decide I've had enough

I can break this wooden mask you dress me with
This wooden masks filled with an array of emotions
Emotions I am told to feel

The cracks make their way threw the wooden mask
A Jolt of sparks
A thud on the ground
A face of real feelings

I feel pain when I fall down
I get mad
I cry
I bleed if I fall

Because I've only been Human
Human all the while.

Your tall silhouette
Reflects the light of the frigid hallway
through this dark room

You look as if you were a shadow
as You stand in my rooms doorway
Yet you also look like an Angel
with the lights that surround you

Are you  Ok , What is your expression right now?
I can no longer tell what your details are if you stand in the darkness
Where are you going?
Take me with you
No words come out of your mouth as you step through the door
Back into the light, Somewhere I am not
And my Outstretched hand tries to reach you
But I am too small to catch you
For you are out the door
And the door has closed
And I have Lost my chance to follow you
The chance to stay by your side

A single tear falls now my cold cheek
As you leave me behind in the darkness

The world has turned it's back on me
with their threatening glares
as if I were a*  Monster
and what pains me most,
is the fact that you have also
*become one of them

Change me from this distorted Fate

For now I am lost , too lost to roam
Life twisted in unexpected turns

A moment everyone risk's for
A Short time you and I mend together
That little part in time . . That little part everyone wishes for
That Short little moment, is Love .

To be able to halt time
Spare a second to give a bit of their heart to a person
Yet I wonder, what is the point of this feeling when it only ends someday
What is the goal of simply sharing your time with lovers
When that precious time could have been spent with important matters
Is love just a sufficient way to fill up an Insatiable being
Or a quick way to let time slip by without the result
of being hopeless and alone

Now I see, this love is for the world to share
As the Gardener gives flowers love to grow
As so does the Mother to the Child
What would we do without this moment in time,
Called Love ?

I open my eyes to a whole new world
I open my senses to all new things
For today is the day of my birth
The day I become part of this Earth

Time flew by fast
Day by Day
I tried to make my way
A Naive child I was

School years hasten as I hit Elementary
Always picked last on the team
Picked last for almost everything
Picked last for the friends
Picked last, it never ends
For no one wanted a Naive child like me

I dare say that everyone was on my side
After all,
deep down I knew I was wrong

Middle school was no easier
than the previous years
Seeing I no longer could be Naive
Nobody wanted to be acquaintances
with the likes of me.
A Naive child such as me has learned to mature and face reality

For no thought in my head of what was wrong with me
What reason did they have to despise only I?
For myself attained only a few friends
In which I lost and gained through those privileged years

High school came around
Those details require no story
For Highschool was just the same
as they have also left me confused.
A Naive Child like me, confused .

Time passed
My Life hastened
I met lovers and non lovers
Liars and Truthers
For what did a Naive child like me have give

If you may ask
Yes there were those whom loved me
And never left my eyes
Childhood friends
And A Lover by my side
Those childhood years taught me that in this world
There wouldn't be enough room for a Naive Child, like me
I laugh and push through the crowd
For as I know, there was never enough room
for Judger's  like them

The day has come
For this is my end
this story must close
I rest on my deathbed
In this world I've loved since Birth
For today is the day of my death
The day I leave  my  role on this Earth

We sway to the tunes
As we maintain eye contact
The vividness of the day in when we once met
The promise to teach me your dance

That this wouldn't last
That these moments would go by fast
Step by step I paved my way
to this day
As you taught me the Waltz
The Cajun, The Classics

You swept me off my feet as we turned and twisted
In our own little world
Where the skies filled with glitter
And the stars no longer wandered

My naive self refused to believe this would end
That the fireworks I hear were not just hallucinations
I was blind, confused, oblivious to my surroundings
Unable to snap back to reality

And Time flew by fast like you reminded me
I was to return soon
Return to a place that was no longer next to your side
A Lonesome place where my feelings must hide
As of you, you will move on to much brighter filled days
Quickly forgetting the way we played
When the music controlled our swings, our sways

Oh the way you moved my heart
Feelings I shall not forget
For now you have taught me your dance
The steps that I learned hastened so fast
Those steps that led us to our Final Dance

Lazily I fall into your arms
No longer am I stopped from the others alarms

I loved him so dearly , well thats what I thought
Yet , throughout our adolescence we were never taught

That even in the most hidden lies
The truth will always shine
And  we must move on through time

But that was the past
And today is today
And lazily Ill lay
in the new arms whom found me
and here I will stay .
