All we have
is now

become what you
are, before
they told you
whom you're
supposed to be

universal lucidity
shines thru me, and
sets my soul on fire

eyes level to the horizon
sun sets on the dawn
of our gilded love

all we have

There's a path in
the garden
where we came
from

and I long to feel your
blues

Now I walk
the path alone
& my feet turn
red

My dream is gone
and the days
are wicked
& long

Searching for
the higher realms
wild maned lovers
I'm a fool on the
journey,
don't bound
me to your chains

Down the road,
the river
escapes
me as it
no longer flowed

When it comes,
it comes
when it
goes, it goes

Atlantic Sea
treads upon my eyes
kept level to the horizon

I gaze across as
the plane
flies high
transcending
space, and time
as am I

the azure sea keeps
us apart, for when
the clock ticks
here in dusk
over yonder,
it is a sunshine
brimming day

Daydreams of pale
hands intertwined
underneath the moonlit
abyss

In a transient moment,
we loved
one another

in a transient town,
we guided one another
towards a better
tomorrow

all there is is now,
so I keep my eyes
level to the horizon
and breathe in the now

your eyes sparkle

Hands woven
by fate, by time,

The sun peaks
through my window pane,
the day has brought us
together.
this moment is all we have

if time was kinder,
slower,
if clocks ticked
in our favor,
this moment
may still exist.

What may have been
in the midst of May,
if the falling leaves hadn't
left us to decay.

The roses of our

like a passing car
on a highway

we parted ways and
drove down separate
freeways past
liquor stores,

There's a moon,

there's a sun,
it shines into eternal truth,
lighting up the eyes,
daring them to explode

There's a light,

I saw the clearest
of messages in
a vivid dream,
my feet were

I was

waters and couldn't

When the illusion shatters,

The hidden motives

interpret them
on a brighter day

Gilded love ends,
can't seem to stay
the darkness may loom
forevermore,
as it's always near

some mysteries remain
unraveled,
not all roads meant
to be travelled
life is strange indeed,
in my rose garden
I'm planting the seeds
purge the worries,
purge the sorrows
Empty mind,
can you fill these hollows
Inspiration fleets from my palms
I tried to grasp it,
but it can’t stay too long
Inspiration flies away
I’ll capture it again
when the wind don’t sway

We awoke asleep
in an empty home,
his eyes were adrift
and unearthly
my eyes were forlorn

In a transient moment
of uncertainty,
the answers came
bestowed upon my
third eye open,
my first eye shut

The palm trees are swaying outside
the motel, and it's night time again
We sip the coffee to stay awake,
and write our woes
into the sand

We speak out loud to practice
the words, and create poetry
with our bodies entwined
beneath the blue moon
