Consider this small dust here running in the glass,
By atoms moved;
Could you believe that this body was
Of one that loved?
And in his mistress' flame, playing like a fly,
Turned to cinders by her eye:
Yes; and in death, as life, unblessed,

Last words of the runaway

A Home

Out in the garden where we planted the seeds
There is a tree as old as me
Branches were sewn by the color of green
Ground had arose and passed it's knees
And I climbed to see
The world in front of me.

When the gusts came around, to ******* down
I held on it tightly as you held on me

Here I built a house
Wooden floors, walls and window sills
Tables and chairs worn by all of the dust
Here I built a home out of stone
This is the place where I don't feel alone
This is the place where I feel at home

Screaming In A Dream

Why is it a dream?
Always making me scream
A number seven becomes a date
I learned all about love and hate
But I never did learn how to wait.

A difference between fiction and real
Made my heart forget how to feel
There's a red moon low in the sky
Way up high.

The things they do to me
Are they trying to make me bleed?
But I will never need them like they need me
Its been along time coming but now I see
Everything will fade with a scream
Now I believe in a dream.
