The cry of the nail

The nail made

Dug from the earth deep
The ore of iron the nail to make
Melted in hot fiery flames
Hammered the iron to forge the nail
Many were made yet an unknown few
Chosen among all to crucify a king
For like tis nail made are we
Chosen for a purpose designed by God
Times we hurt him as a nail
Yet forgiven his blood on the cross
A destiny to fulfill we are made
Chosen among many a purpose like the nail made

Take thy time
Victories bell chime
Words doth rhyme
Not a dime
Words they spoke
Life doth choke
Let it go
Thy thoughts flow
Judged as fool
A devil's tool
Ashamed not be
From fear free
Love a call
Dreams not stall
Hurt be heart
Again to start
Flee from pain
Dreams may slain
Forgive and forget
Smile to beget

Oh ye little child

Oh ye little child
What doth thy smile hide
Melting the mistakes thou made
Anger of thy parents fade

Oh ye little child
Thy smile world wide
Tis world with love made
Sadness of hearts fade

Oh ye little child
Thy smile by God's side
In thy innocence heaven made
Worldly divide doth fade

Oh ye little child
Ever a smile in thy side
In love thy world made
Worldly troubles to fade

Welcome sunshine

Storm hath passed
Sun peeps through
Clouds part apart
Sky turns blue
Tis life's clue
Troubles shall end
Paths doth light
God shall send
Rainbow at end

Where have all the flowers gone

where have all the flowers gone

to adorn the graves of warriors gone

where have all the flowers gone

To the lonely  to be along

where have all the flowers gone

in heaven forever young never torn

Where have all the flowers gone

to the polluted land of ours to mourn

where have all the flowers gone

To give to a girl a smile to be born

where have all the flowers gone

To be ever a fragrance lingering along

Where have all the flowers gone

To bring peace to lives in war torn

Where have all the flowers gone

To say a prayer for a joyous morn

Inspired by a song from Peter Seeger
World environment day

Mars

A distant planet we seek
Red and rugged to keep
Would it have trees green
Oceans beautiful and blue
Dew drops on flowers early morn
Gentle breeze to weary and worn
Song birds that sing soothing souls
Creatures of earth wonder of creation
Beauty of nature art of God
Earth we have not a planet red
Nature a gift for humans borrowed from future generations
Save it now a distant planet will not be home
