Poetry sows
Poetry is wizardry
Poetry invokes

i’m sure
i love you
someway
you may say…
and though you may not need
or even want to know
saying so
sits right in my heart
even cues my soul
just so you know

from springing a kiss

to stretching, holding her close

to now taking notice

of her dangling toes

swaying nice and slow

as does the leaning bulb

of a recently visited rose

Though her feet
May be sore
I love them
All the more

How I do not shrink
At the chance
To clasp them
And rub fast

Remarking to the lord
...All the more
For such a service
To have scored

I offer praise
For all the ways
I notice source
Bring lightness to days

Through people
Places, things
There is a support
No falsity can thwart

Taking any credit
Seems obscene
As its source
I seek

The seeds
Of reality
In the garden
Of existence
