Ocean of Depression
Damien Tomegah Oct 2018
Chain up to a rock of your sorrow
Like if there is no tomorrow
Being drowned in the deepest and darkest of water
Being alone and your love for yourself waiting to be slaughter
Trying to swim up but too sunken to even try
Thinking everything is meaningless and life is a lie
Not realizing that this was all reverie and you had a choice
To unlock the chain with a key and finally able to feel rejoice
Day after day still in the deep, dark water waiting for someone or something to liberate you from your downcast
But no one helps you in the end because the only problem was that your ego was self-hatred and unsurpassed- Damien Tomegah

Desperate
Damien Tomegah Oct 2018
I’m desperate as hell
I try to hide it and make sure no one can tell
Yes I love and I love and I love
Making my self esteem go nowhere above
I know a girl that I refer as a goddess
That I imagine wearing a silky, wondrous bodice
She is nowhere near perfect
But that’s why my love for her is interconnected

Moonlight
Damien Tomegah Oct 2018
What a lovely night for a appreciable, alluring moonlight
So far up the skies
Where I like to orbit and galvanize my eyes
My love for you would never vanish, till god himself up in the heavens is banished
