A giving heart warms the soul
A giving heart calms the seas
A giving heart breaks down walls
A giving heart grows like trees
A giving heart lifts me up
A giving heart lays me down
A giving heart fills my cup
A giving heart touches my crown
A giving heart stopped my tears
A giving heart soothed my fears
A giving heart erases the night
A giving heart lightens my strife
A giving heart stills the waters
A giving heart knows what matters
A giving heart kisses the pain
A giving heart knows no vain
A giving heart stays for love
A giving heart flies like a dove

Above the clouds, across the sky
An angel watches down on I
Her caring heart and spoken words
Do fall upon my eyes, not heard
A voice in ether, glide like smoke
Electric tongue, advice she spoke
Take care my love she said in mute
Her heart reveals her inner beau-ty
And r and u and e
A love she showers upon me
No bottom is found in her well of love
It falls down on me like a small white dove
A kindness found in no love sonnet
No bard could write down to paper upon it
Words would fail, her faith is beyond
Any description by men and lexicon
Look down on me my angel, my guide
And I will never fail to be by your side.

If her eyes were a song they would play a haunting melody.
Dark and alluring like a moonless summer night.
Deep tones of the cello kept afloat by slow violins.
Deep brown hue of the woodwind
A magnetic song drawing my soul ever closer to the abyss.
The wind shifts toward her.
Even nature is pulled to her melodic eyes.
The world goes quiet when the Siren sings.
No singing gull nor crashing wave can drown out the music from her two black pearls.

Starry eyes of clear and bright
Ocean's dream, Oracle's sight
Broken curling, sky of yonder
Blue twins of lust and wonder
Where to run from, words would shatter
Stepping through the grey, grey matter
Softly touching, a gale does force
Pushing, thrusting, shore to shore

O hollow life!
Never being loved
A shortened time to pity
Always near the end
Sought love when none was there
Looked in the woods but not at the pond
Stared at the ground and missed the sun
Nothing inside but a broken heart
Failing and falling motion is too late
Feeling the cold hand about to embrace
Hard to breath hard to see
Blue eyes turn gray
Wishing for love but getting too late

You're selfish by always wanting my attention

Your smile makes me want to retch

The way your long brown hair flows over your soft sholders fill my stomach with bile

Your curvy little body causes me to heave

I can't stand that perfume you wear

Just because you look fantastic in that little red dress doesn't  mean I want to see you in it

Your ******* are overrated

Your kindness has got to be a joke.

No one can possibly be this nice all the time

You have to be putting on an act

Giving to the needy just as the cameras are on you

Always with the "thank you!" When I compliment your photos. How fake!

I hate you

I stand in her shadow
Her demands like blades
Her criticisms like needles
Her anger like fire

The shadow stretches
It crawled along the ground
It sailed across the sky
It rolled over hills

My suspicions seemed right
She demanded a token
She insisted on loyalty
She expected obedience

But I resisted not
I allowed the abuse
I agreed to her terms
I Offered her alms

Her shadow engulfed me. I was beaten down. I had no resistance left.

Lying together in the tall grass
Our arms touch softly
Too shy to move, too hungry to stop
The sun's bright warm rays
Make our skin and clothes feel hot to the touch
Quiet is the world outside of the tall grass
Electric, electric
Baby's breath, summer's heat
While lying in the tall, tall grass

Where does the tide wave bend
When does the sun beam start to warm
Why does the sky fly high
Who makes a baby smile
What would make her love me
When did it shine so brightly
A heat from a thousand years
A comfort that brings me home
She says it for true
This beating of hearts
Is synchronized in time but apart for so long
An etherial world of time and space
The crash of many waves
Pound the coast that's gray
Emptiness away forever gone
But a wall too high will not allow
The mind knows the heart craves
But denial stays
Just awaiting for the shower

Hate aside I lose my pride
When you walk away from me
Nothing going on you say
But then I see you have a party
And where am I today?
Nothing doing
Nothing good
All the pain I had withstood
Learning you have a life
Should I say I hate you
Or would that just be a cliche?
We were friends once and I was excited
However you recited
Few words to which meant what?
Casual talk
To a stranger maybe but not
To a friend of many months!
Old and sad
Am I to say that you have gone away
And thought little of me left behind.

She soared above the frozen fields
Melting away the years unused
Budding life on old limbs still
A greening now that by her choose
The brightness burned the gray away
As warm winds bring the seeds to sow
A nightness then is now a day
The sprouts will find a way to grow
Her watchfulness of me her duty
She chose then not to run
Despite my acts to seem unruly
She is still my summer sun
For Diana.

A taste, a taste but only just so

A little bit of what I forgot long ago

Amber eyes and a vast smile of light

Brunette and  blond all found in black and white

Diamond stud, golden hue

A female touch for only a few

Days and nights in speaking words

Behind a black glass now broken like sherds

Suspicion ruled my heart with fear

To let a woman draw so near

To me her attention wore a flag of red

I thought I knew what a thing to dread

Quickly she acted like a spirit unbound

Chasing a fox through undiscovered ground

By five to the surface my words made to shore

"You harlet, you liar, you thief, you *****!"

"I shall not allow your adore

You display to me at cost."

My doubts were burning just like bitter frost

Her protest was genuine it truly does seem

So silence, no words, her lips have no seam

So a ghost  impression of a sought after smile

I look and I dream for only a while.

Backward falling deeper still
A hole my body seems to fill
Distant thoughts not for this time
Longing for the tone of chimes
A sweet breeze of magnolia bloom
Southward home, fading room
A deepening sorrow beating the race
The finish line so close to taste
Salty water and heavy heart
Ghosts of those who haven't start
So many voices in casual glance
Was always hesitant to dance
Looking in for across the way
Had no trouble just to stay
Dark gray world with tints of blue
Blind man's search for extra time
A ship acast in open sea
Drifting along under a tree

Through heat and wash the rolling continued
Thrusting and rocking on the waves
Water splashing and pounding on the hull
A rush forward would bring the wave higher
And higher making the ship to rock back then forward again in the warm seas.
Hearts pounding, breath heavy with labor
The vessel steered the course for its ultimate quest
The howling of the sea maiden filled the ears
As hands and back were put to work to keep the course.
Then a spark, a tickle  and a electric charge shot through the ether. Bursting forth, washing the body and mind away like a little death.
Then the soul floats down back to the body.
Satisfied of the task completed

Black night, little stars
A blue light facing Mars
Falling, circling, a magnetic embrace
Silent worlds' cosmic dance
Nuclear fusion expel and reunion
Fire and light, heat and conclusion
Life then comes, small but determined
Destined to rise sure to be certain

— The End —
