Sharing
Jamie Gola Jan 2019
Wish I could share just how I feel,
Without you making me pray that it isn't real...

Life
Jamie Gola Aug 2018
Our lives spin round and round.
Our smiles either up or down.
We're told to feel this
Whether it's a hit or miss
Told how to act and feel
Never knowing what is real
Keep on smiling we'll get by
We always find a way to survive
Life Tries to Get Us Down
But Don't you Doubt, Or Frown.
Keep that Smile and Pep
Never Lose it with Every step
Keep on trucking my friend
Cause today isn't The End.

Joy
Jamie Gola Aug 2018
Joy
When you look in these eyes
Do you even realize
The joy and happiness you bring
It's like a mothers warmth every spring.

Side Poems
Jamie Gola Feb 2018
Treat me like a princess
Then bend me over
And make me beg for forgiveness

That girl a Mess
Either I'm Obsessed
Or in Love with a Goddess

When I smile,
I feel like a child.
Reminiscing days of old,
When we were young and bold.

Stay or Go
Jamie Gola Feb 2018
When you look at me,
What do you see?
Do you see your fantasy?
Or a bad reality?
Am I your everything?
Or just another fling?
Do my eyes captivate you?
Are you stuck like glue?
Do I make your knees quiver?
Do I make your soul shiver?
Does my kiss give you butterflies?
Or does it leave you in despise?
Am I the one. I need to know.
Will you Stay or Go?

A Reason
Jamie Gola Feb 2018
Give me a reason to smile
A Reason to care
A Reason to prove you'll always be there
Give me that fire, that compassion
The one that ends in complete satisfaction
The love, the lust, the hate
Make it hard for me to concentrate
Make me fall in love with you each and everyday
Remind my heart why it chose to stay.

Why
Jamie Gola Feb 2018
Why
Why do I try?
Why do I care?
Why do I show
I'm always there?
You're going to believe
What your told
By someone who's dishonest
And isn't very bold
Try to give you my heart
In everyway
Just to have it returned
The very next day
Emotions running up and down
No wonder my face
Is always a frown
Trying to hold on
To what I see
But I'm starting to realize
It might always just be me.

Listen
Jamie Gola Nov 2017
Mind is swirling round and round,
Which way is up or down?
Which path should I take?
Trying to listen and concentrate.
Follow your heart the mind says,
It knows what's right I guess.

You can't see me,
Why? Cause I'm a fantasy.

Better Me
Jamie Gola Nov 2017
What's on mind Facebook asks,
Like an annoying pain in the ***.
There's too much to even start,
That you can't even tell it all apart.
Minds constantly pacing,
Hearts constantly racing.
Emotions hitting me like a knife
In my chest and ending my life.
I need a hand to grasp,
To know I'm not alone at last.
That there's others like me,
That feel the pain and beg insanity.
Saying they know how it feels,
They know the pain they know it's real.
This darkness they say will pass,
Don't fear this will not last.
The bright light at the end is near,
So don't be afraid and show no fear.
Until then these are just dreams,
Of a brighter day and a Better me.

Consumed
Jamie Gola Nov 2017
Tears are falling from my eyes,
Like the rain falls from the sky.
All these thoughts running through my head,
Sometimes makes me wish I was dead.
Like thunder clashing inside of me,
Will I ever live happily?
Will this storm ever cease?
Will I ever live in peace?
Tumbling and spiraling out of control,
Is there anyway to break their hold?
The clouds have to part; they must,
Or I fear everything I hold dear will bust.
A silver lining, please just a little,
For my tattered soul that's becoming brittle.
No more rain, no more despair,
This is becoming too much for me to bare.
All this chaos surrounding me,
It's becoming the storm of the century.
Rumbling and tumbling through my soul,
Makes my heart turn ice cold.
There is no hope for me at least,
I fear this storm will never cease.
It's consumed me; making me it's own,
This perfect storm is now my home.
Where darkness is my cape,
You can't hide, you can't escape.
It will consume you too you'll see,
Where darkness fills you completely.
Give in don't fight it,
It's inside you like a riot.
Once you do it all becomes clear,
That this storm was always here.

The Real You
Jamie Gola Nov 2017
Lies, deception and betrayal,
I think it's time you remove your veil.
Who's the real you underneath?
No more head games where you cheat.
What's really going on in that mind?
Cause from what I see, I'm not blind.
You wanna have your cake and eat it too,
So don't tell me it couldn't be the truth.
The proof is there all over your face,
All your stories, they're such a disgrace.
You tell me you need me in your life,
Then make my heart bleed with your knife.
My tears, my pain they bring you joy,
Like my emotions were your own personal toy.
So here I wait for the real you to appear,
But you never will, you weren't real were you my dear?

— The End —
