Some died for a cause some died for a reason,     he died for our sins yet it wasn't pleasing, some give the orders others go to war,  he defected death yet it still goes ignored,  he is our mentor  and never will fail,   they beat him and cursed him  yet he still left a  trail,  he did it without a sword or a gun,    he said father forgive them  for all the sins that were done,  we are child of the most high, no war will be lost for we know the best general alive,  his name is Jesus and he would love for you to join, just believe  in his name and the  fight is on,

Sometimes it's not a breeze but I'll never doubt,   so many roads yet you  know the route, sometimes I'm feeling down but I gotta pass my test,  you take this time with me I love how you invest, this is a love note I gotta show my gratitude,  Jesus your worthy I thank you for this latitude, you took a sinner and turned him into a winner,  you took that cross for me  and all I could do was shriver, I thank you every single day and it makes Me smile,  you are my savior and your blood is the pow, I'm never lonely but a student's gotta learn,  not wasting time I can't wait for his return,

Destruction is near but I know your keep me safe,   I'm studying your word can't let it go to waste, you are my sword when I go to battle, and when I come home you are my castle, protection like this got me reaching for the stars,  a god like this isn't just mine he's ours,  Jesus Jesus Jesus Jesus its the name I love to repeat,    with this kind of love my hearts complete,

We killing our souls and even our self's,   we all keep a bible but its deep on the shelf's,  we tend to blame god for the things the devil does,     social media or music's its all just a buzz, we're deep in that river but don't know how to swim,  when we say Jesus the lights just get dim, a name so holy yet its treated So phony,  we listen to the devil that's why we feel so lonely, we talk about war and they all out the door,  we all wanna be rich but won't help out the poor,    we talk so down about each other yet it should be the opposite,  we all know the devil but treat God like he's anonymous,  we find so many ways to deny love, our hands are covered in this yet we still wear  gloves, a man and a woman can no longer remain friends without the thoughts of lust,    yet the lord will still forgive you in god we trust,  we all try so hard to flee from religion,  I'm just living for jesus   and that's my decision, free will but were  hurt and known to complain,   repent for your sins and watch that ocean drain,

I woke up and they tried to make me feel distant,  had to thank the lord for his hand of assistant, they don't understand the joy of a man,   they wasn't with me when it all began,  they label us as crazy and say its a fantasy,    we talking about demons and they blame it on our sanity, well its time to wake up and push that dream to the side,  heaven or hell we all must  decide,  he died on the cross yet they think its fiction,    but when we say the name it has recognition, in a world where we  rather push the truth,    do it on our own  yeah this world is so seduced, yet he has a plan and its time to start And follow,  cause when your with Jesus your souls no longer hollow,

Church on a  Wednesday and you know I keep my cross,   gotta write some verses so I'm mixing up the  sauce,  church on a Friday and I'm really trying to hoop,  even when I'm done I be reading with my group, church on a Sunday everybody getting lit,  holy ghost in the room ain't nobody trying to sit, my lord he's forgiving so I'm giving him the praise,  family comes first so im here on holiday's, hair just be flipping, the devil be tripping, I'm always on a mission,  im proud to be Christian,
