I looked in the mirror and when I looked in the mirror, I didn't see nothing wrong with my pretty face,
But when I stepped out my mother's place,
I digged in my book bag to get my iPad out and to
Take a look at myself in my iPad camera,
I looked at myself in the camera, and I ended up seeing what I didn't like, because what I see in the camera is what everyone on my school bus would see and everyone at my school would see. Because I realized I still had mascara on my eyelashes........
My mirror showed me that I didn't have nothing on my face,
Nothing black, brown, but when I looked in the camera, I seen that I still had makeup on and I didn't have no wet tissues with me to wipe my eyes and the rest of my pretty face..

When I first seen you, I saw that YOU COULD NOT TAKE YOUR EYES OFF ME,
When I first seen you, I thought you looked just like the guy I used to like,

There was a girl in a movie named Rose,
She went to another school because she was about to be exposed, I suppose.. she had a red car with roses on it that she drove...she came too school wearing very tight clothes. I heard the other teens in the movie say she love riding poles....

I had a dream to become a Doctor,
Because I was bought a doll that came with
tools a Doctor would use,
I knew what I was doing, I wasn't never confused,
I watched shows when a Doctor would do CPR on a person,
And saving people's lives...I always wanted to save people's lives but who's gonna save my life ?? I changed my mind of becoming a Doctor, because I wouldn't know what to do... But I still love watching surgical videos on YouTube.... but now, I want to be a hairstylist....a therapist....and other

I ran down the road to quickly get home,
My grandmother wasn't there, I suppose,
I looked at my dog who had quickly grown,
I took a step in my grandmothers' room which smelled like cigarette smoke,
I seen my mother's brother who I desperately wanted to choke,
I always wondered why he'd lie about always being broke,
My mother looks just like me; She could be a secret clone,
Many people at my school asked me why I didn't have a phone,
I told them the reason, and they looked at me wrong,
When I looked at DJ, I was so very sprung,
When I looked up, he was already staring at me, and I thought he was the guy I had won.

My life may not be a dance of roses,

In my dream,
I was walking on a handful of roses,
I felt so alive and opened,
I wasn't like a door, all shut and closed, I wasn't like an icicle, all cold and frozen, I didn't feel so imprisoned, like in my real life, I felt free and lovely and cherished

When the wind blow soft and smoothly,
I can hear the trees whisper,
I can see their leaves shuffling around on the ground, coming towards me, as if their trying to warn me about something.

As the road sparkled with ice,
The sun shined on my face,
I looks at my shoes and I bent down to tie my shoe lace,
By the time I got done with tying my shoes,
I seen the buss coming to pick up the other kids, who were just down the road from me,
When they were finally on the bus, the bus came quick quick down the street,
That I thought my bus driver wouldn't see me, but thankfully, she did not pass by me

When I licked on my fingertips, I could taste the saltiness and the cheese of the popcorn I had just ate,
The saltiness and the cheesiness made me very thirsty,
Water was the only beverage that could quench my thirst.

I'm not about to waste my tears,
I'm not afraid to admit that you are one of my fears,
You are just like dears,
Afraid to get too close to me,
But you know you love me,
You are just afraid of me,
Like I said, just like the dears.

To me, love is deaf,
When he told me he didn't like me,
I didn't believed him,
Because he was showing a thousands of signs that he liked me,

I seen a wave in the sky,

The bad in you, not the good in you,
You are just like spoiled or sour food.

He loves to eat all of his food
He only have friends who are cool
He loves playing basketball
He hate the idea of Fall
He exercise a lot
Never seen him fought
He is always quiet when he has nothing to say
One time, I thought he was gay
He gets depressed when there is no one to play
He is the reason why I smile all day

He is better off with just one friend

Nature


Nature is the most beautiful thing, yet,
All the trees, the sky, and the clouds, I get,
Nature is just like having a goldfish for a pet.

Nobody never sang happy birthday to me,
Nobody never threw a surprise party for me,
Nobody never wished me a happy birthday,
Nobody in my family know when my birthday is,
The only ones that do, are the ones that are close to me,
And those people are my mother, my brothers,
SOME of my family members.

Animal Personalities


Some animals remind me of myself,  
I'm like a kitten, I'm very quiet,
I only talk when I'm hungry,
But kittens run away from things; I don't,
My cousin, Lakeisha, is like a gorilla or a grizzly bear,
Because she's loud, she stack for food,
She protects her babies, and make sure no one come near them,
Like me, I protect my own too, but my family.
I used to chase a guy. . . Not actually chase him, but I tried so hard to get him, and I never did, but anyway, he used to run away from me, like a CHICKEN !!!
