My early adult (twenty-something) years were spent in the pursuit of good times, good friends, personal growth and travel. I’m particularly proud of the many kind and sincere friends that I made. I worked many odd jobs during those years. I also served our armed forces as a gunners mate on an ammunition supply ship. Working on a ship is the poor mans way to see the world; and I got the opportunity to visit many places. After my stint in the Navy (’86-’90), I came back to live in Knoxville. / / I met the love of my life (Anita) in community college. She is a brilliant woman (somewhat conservative in nature) with an infectious smile and a gracious southern charm that matches her Mississippi upbringing. We married; I adopted her three children. I started working as an administrative assistant shortly after I got married. At this point in my life, Anita and I enjoy each other and watching the grandkids grow.
