I’m Kathleen (or Katie) and I’m seventeen. I live in Ontario, Canada. I love fruit punch, Harry Potter, Smallville (although I’m only on season five because I never used to watch it), the colour purple, animals, food, vintage clothing, thrift stores, laptops, learning things, invention, photography, movies, loud music, fall, summer. J.K. Rowling’s lovely books got me out of trouble and introduced to a life of writing. She showed me my escape from reality, so Itook it and ran. Now, books are my escape when I need to leave the real world for a bit. The phrase “you are beautiful” means absolutely everything to me. I’ve been through a lot and those words are what changed my life around.
