I was born in Mount Vernon, New York; I received a BS in physics and a Masters in philosophy from Fordham University. My career was in information technology; I retired as a senior market analyst after 32 years. I have been an amateur musician (French horn, choral singing, musicology) , and an avid concert and theatregoer and reader of world literature. I am married and have two grown children. I have written poetry for nearly 60 years, but my output has been very slow over the years. It believe that it is time for me to write more.
