The Trippin Spoon
Left my soul in the trippin spoon. Gave it a shot now I think I'm through. Now watch me ride on and see it through. Until we meet again. A chicken crows in the dead of night. Another tweaker, been up all night. In the dark chasing dragonflies. Now its time for the morning light. So welcome home. The phone rings but I don"t pay the bill. I probably spent it on a fuckin pill. But he still can't find a thrill. Where did the mortal go. Back to the trippin spoon.

shifty
I left my body last night. I got shifty and I saw myself kicking, drowning. There are times when only my mother's milk will do the trick. But shifty, I just lay here, my muscles aching and quivering. By God I've done it again. I did what I swore I wouldn't. I left the party last night. So say goodbye to being shifty. / I trip like I want to but the shifty always seems to creep back again. Slowly I remove the thorn from my paw. It'll only hurt for a little while. Back to normal for a while. Until I again decide to let myself get shifty again.

Spotless Rays of Light
Spotless beautiful rays of sunshine shining upon an otherwise gloomy cloudy field; a barren desolate wasteland of a place. But, every now and again on days when things are quiet, the sun shines bright in places that never seem to get light. Those are good days. Then there are times when the sun never shines. Days, even weeks pass where there is no light. Those are bad times. Nothing grows and everything seems to die. The worms love these dark times. They come out to play when there's no light. Though, when the spotless rays of light shine bright enough, the birds sing, and the bugs and small creatures play. And **the worms**; The worms hide deep within the earth, hiding from the light; hiding because they fear the shining sun and its dying, life giving rays. / Oh, how I love the bright days. Maybe tomorrow the sun will shine.
