With red of blood on the
Road they lie dying
In front of our eyes
For help they cry
With the fear of facing
Consequences we
Leave them on the way

Being torn into pieces
By some *** maniacs
In front of our eyes
For help they cry
With the fear of being
Attacked ourselves we
Leave them on the way

With the fear to react
And to shield ourselves
Our selfish heart being
Locked in a prison
Let us first give freedom
For our heart to react
Opening our mouth

To save the helpless as
A team against the evils
Joining hands together
And that will be a day
Of real freedom !

Free my soul from your eyes
With full of hatred it cries
Free my heart with a space
With a full stop to chase
Free me completely from you
With a liberty to choose new !

Not just a political affair
Or a public property
Not to use for commercial purpose
An individual right, a right of privacy it is
Every single heart yearns for it
Children from parents
Youths from old ones
Women from men and
Men from women
Lovers from the society
Politicians from the law
Government from the people
Nature from these greedy evils !

A common wish of every soul
Under a star is Liberty
Carried a meaning and
Few fame of tags, Liberty
For one nation from the other
For the poor from the rich
Carrying lot of meanings
With different names of tags
Fighting for Liberty from
Rapists,Serial-killers,Hackers,
Rumor-mongers,Media maniacs
Political monsters,hijackers
Living with a fear to live !

Finally the soul too wishes
Liberty from the body
Leaving it a deadly skin
Stopping its yearn to be free !

Constricted, tied down to a thought
Of how we’re living the labels given
to us and there are billions of fishes
in the sea but yet everyone is caught
in a net.

We’ve told plus sized people that they
can’t wear skinny jeans, because it’s
not labelled for them. We’ve held
obesity at gunpoint in the light of day
as though they can only be loved at night.

We’ve forced shackles on men and women
to tie them not by the threads of their heart
but by the words of a constitution that darkens
the glimmer of light within love that is kept hidden.
When did the law and love intertwine to form handcuffs?

We cast our shadows on issues of racism;
fought out wars with prejudice and hatred,
only to be blinded by tainted teachings of
a generation lost in separation and division.
We fought colour on colour, “for society”.

Look around, seven point four billion people
all alive, tied down to the judgements of society;
an overbearing handcuff that controls our hearts
and our soul, a journey of an already prewritten sequel.
Look around, you and me, are we really free?
