Radioactive nuclear waste
Flows through the veins of the new human race
A new generation living in space
After the war they are all that remain
Everything else was destroyed and erased
Cleansed and up rooted from our blue planet's face
Animals and trees shared a miserable fate

Blue cloudy skies turned a grey shaded haze
Desolate fields miss their green painted days
Photos have tried to remember this place
But old memories have all been misplaced

Cities once great lay dead on the skyline
Cold vacant buildings and broken road signs
Point to directions long stolen by time
