of those skeletal figures
dangling in the night,
an owl hoots at distance,
mutts howl in their reply,
an ever going conversation,
being revived again and again

the potion that heals,
either kills or glorifies,
ending life, rejuvenating it,
it has a bitter taste,
the sweetness lingers,
I say goodbye
or may be Au Revoir.

may be or may be not,
this moment I have,
I reached it,
it is real for me
and that is all that matters,
that is what **matters
in the end.

layers beneath paving way
green vines that travel

shadows flitting by
unknown souls on their own paths
counting days and years
the consciousness breathes deep
world comes alive this moment
