It’s coming around again
Life through psychedelic eyes
Where everything and everyone is priced
My soul is sliced
Where truth is dealt with a dice
Gambling to see the light
Taking apart my brain
Amnesia memory
Feeling drained
Being slain from being happy again
Being forced fed
Lies and acceptance
Where freedom is left
With a bullet coming from a
Chamber of a gun
Where blood fertilizes
The soil
Let life begin to stream a new born
Shall it be deemed from the truth?
As my body is picked clean
Scattered never to be seen
You foul fiend
I yet to seize a day
That is mines
Feeling high
Just to cry
It’s so hard to die
It’s time to let myself
Be free again.

The man sat on the edge of his bed
Staring blankly into the distance
An empty bottle shattered somewhere on the floor
Cigarette slowly burning between his lips
He hasn't shaved for days; he doesn't care anymore
Sweatpants and faded t-shirts
Too much coffee , not enough sleep
In his hand a six shot revolver
In his hand, the only chance to be free

You asked me where
My home was and
I explained to you that rainy night
That my home wasn't a place but
A time in my life
When hope was around
Faith still here
The gun wasn't loaded
And I wasn't filled with fear
Who ate your heart?
Who painted a symbol of lies on your face?
Your fingers scratched my soul like poisoned darts
With your lips you kissed me and my heart you defaced

You are cold inside
You killed my passion and hurt my pride
Had you never been shattered before
Had your heart never been hurt with sores
I sat by the frozen river
I could see my pale reflection on the water
Everything in my life seemed to be closing in on me
The wind blew gently,it touched my naked body .

The grey sky up there
The silhouette of the trees
The falling snow....

Then i jumped into the cold frozen water...

Forgotten....
Unforgiven....
There was a beautiful tree by the river.
We called it 'Crying Heather'
On summer days when the wind blew gently
Its branches made eerie sounds like crying

I had been told so many times
When the church bells chimed
This girl would always find her way to the river
She sat under the tree for hours, till night fell upon her.

Her lover had been lost at sea
And the world turned its back on her
She stared at the night sky singing to the wind
The river flowed her longing song away into the sea.

''Take me away into the sea where lovers are crying deep.
Through my veins their lonely songs would seep.
The cold deep water,so blue,i would float forever.
Waiting for my love, and  i would sever''

One cold foggy morning she disappeared
Another autumn day was coming near
They said she had drowned, taken away far far away to the sea.
Her song remained unheard. Her tears remain unseen
