What do we really know
What we really see
What about this darkness hiding deep inside of me.
Do people see me in their future
Will I waste away in worry
Does she know what I am thinking
Does she see that its all becoming
Just a little bit of blurry.

The thing is
You're constantly on my mind
The thing is
I know you're one of a kind
The thing is
You've hurt me so bad
The thing is
You're mind makes me go mad
The thing is
I don't know what to do
The thing is
I'm incredibly mad about you
The thing is
One day I know you'll see
That the thing is
You and I
We were meant to be

To the liars, cheaters, and stealers...
Who steal time from those who don't deserve
Who cheat death of what he doesn't deserve
And who lie.... But only in the arms of those who do deserve

I'm trying so hard to remember not to think.
To remember not to remember
So on this paper I will ink
The sense I make of this feeling
The sense I make of all these fails
How senseless these words are
How long since they've become stale
I'll convince myself they mean something
The evidence clear to none
How forgetting all words spoken
Is a pain that's never done.

Stuck where it is
The wind be so cold
It's leaves have but left
This tree is to old
With oldness comes time
With time it's left lone
For others to find
But no one to hold
These rings they will grow
As time will sure pass
And nothing will help
Til snow turns to grass
And grass means warm weather
Now things may get better
Coming from cold
To non-lonesome weather

My words are so maniacal
My phrases so decipherable
The places and the races
Are spaces you and I should go
But then am i reliable
If you and i should die before
We return to an ever resideable
Earth thats so excitable
Tripping over syllables
Will i find the will to do
What it is that needs to be done
I don't know if I can go and
Try to be responsible
When we're dancing on the sun

You've been there forever
As long as anyone can remember
I remember seeing you at birth
You reached your arms around me
And swallowed me with all your girth
You passed my days as an infant
With acceleration it seems
For those days I cant remember much
But you were always my mean
As expected, You were always there
And I cant say that I'm mad
But I cant say that I'll say the same
On the days that you act bad
You'll be right here one day
But I cant say the same for the next
For all I know is someday
I'll look to you and say "what the heck?"
