"mosquitoe" poems
wouldst you in the mist of my confusion have me become a white mosquito boy that by a grafted tongue would mould powerful changes around bliss and ecstasy that by garb and candor grafts defying gender roles causes by his spaces openness a sexuality, moulding, mounting new and explosive intimacies and yet my fevered brain hotter than the hottest summer wishes to embrace a white mosquitoe boy become the cannibal of his dimensions be subject to his unremarked experiments Oh, will I become a native of these everyday practices a white mosquitoe boy evolving into a public ethic a dangerously obscure central truth the ink lies still wet on y confused thinking while the white mosquitoe boys call me ” Le Mome” shall I enter their grand boulevards the ink drys, it speaks its beautiful wondrous notation says “YES”, yes it says, it says yes you don’t become a mosquitoe boy YOU ARE BORN ONE

The White Mosquito Boys....in which Edgar thinks on sexuality...
So I was flying through the woods one day And hummingbirds flitting and flashing Iridescence and opalescence Shimmery glints of golden green and violet blue I laughed and darted with these sweet ones Twisting and chasing in a game of faerie-bird-tag Then a mosquitoe's whining shrill zips past my head zip zip two more speed by I whip my head around and see a crazed mountain man Blunderbuss in tow and limp carcasses dangling from his belt Beard and hair more of a mane of insanity In this manic frenzy, one cant help but to smile Then dive in to dodge as if in a Matrix world The madman fires, shooting away at his brilliant tiny targets, Shooting if only for the sake of practice

madman with a shotgun
Soul erosion grinds away until eventual implosion Build corrosion today until the ultimate explosion Throw your Precaution to the winds I can smell in the dusty air once again it's new familiar sins What has been will be, so no need to listen to me You're truly free, use it to create and then you'll see Mosquitoe tears mashed together with my own blood's smears My deepest fears gashed holes in my souls fragile human years Another wave appears, crashed to the shore and time again interferes The mind clears as trashed worries burn and ring upon deaf ears So many spheres, lives flashed in a dream,  then it all disappears

Today
A swarm of mosquitoes there was Of different ethnic origin, language and culture. Aedes, anopheles, culex and others Some fragile, some agile and some avaricious, The anopheles was the most fragile but avaricious. This human, they set eyes on, She was in possession of everything they needed And in want of nothing. So because of her possessions, they attacked her And she being weak, could do nothing to defend herself. And so with their proboscis, they ****** her blood, For many a year, she was continuously being ****** As she was being ****** so was she being bitten, Some bites were gentle, others, excruciating. But with God on her side, she stood on her feet. The wind of change gently blew some mosquitoes away Others clung tight, for they were desperate But the human started agitating for her freedom So the remaining mosquitoes reluctantly left. But alas!!!! She has been ****** semi dry She started labouring to regain herself back Just as the lazy anopheles mosquitoe came back As the other mosquitoes went and continued their lives, The anopheles discovered it couldn’t survive alone So it came back through lies and deceit to **** more blood And from that same human, it continued ******* blood, It will come as if to make peace Between the body parts; but that’s a pretext. It truly came for blood and more blood The anopheles mosquitoe knows it can’t live without the blood But it can never accept that fact Because of its ***** pride. It is the laziest of all the mosquitoes Because it depends solely on the human If the human doesn’t open her eyes And with zeal, fight back, The anopheles will **** her with no mercy. NO HUMAN, NO ANOPHELES MOSQUITOE NO AFRICA, NO FRANCE
