A Blue Woman With Sticking Out ******* Hanging
i had a thought. i ran out of my room, down the hallway, and into the bathroom. i wriggled out of my worn down, tie dye shirt. hopping up and down as i pull off my high-waisted jeans, pulling my pant leg with my foot as i trample the dark denim to the ground. i stand there naked, in front of the harsh, full length mirror. combing my fingers through my natural, wavy hair. i contort my face in disgust, cocking my head slightly to the side. i close my eyes, and take one deep breath in. when i open my eyes, the reflection staring back at me is a thin, natural beauty. Her smooth ivory skin glows in the silvery reflective glass. Her stomach is flat and toned. Her ******* lay on Her chest in perfect proportion to the rest of her petite frame. i run my fingers down the sides of my body. my palms trailing along, dipping and rising with the mounds beneath my skin. i close my eyes and open them again, this time taking my reflection for what it really is. i am fat. my skin is pink and spotted with freckles the colour of blood. my stomach hangs low, covering the part a man should see when i'm naked. my ******* are big. but not in the way you'd like them to be. they lay there, sort of lop-sided. hanging just above my ribs. Another place for fat to take over. the cuts on my thighs are hardly noticable next to all that fat i can see tears in the eyes of the reflection staring back at me, but i am numb. i thought correctly. i am fat. i am ugly. Nobody in their right mind would want to love me.

The Frog was doing his thing Hopping, Croaking, Splashing, In to any water that he could see, He happened upon This Jigsaw of black and white Morning sir, he croaked The Cow looked down, "MOOOOO" Pardon I didn't quite get that, "MOOOOVE" Your on the tastiest grass Below your webbed feet, "Sorry sir," Didn't wish to stomp on your Lunch with my feet, So he hoped along, as Frogs do Then turned around, Hopped his best, speed built up Leaping with all his might, Over the Cow, Then gracefully on to his feet, "Cow turned" Whhhat are you doing little thing, As the Frog Replied, I was seeing if I could Jump over you Why? Would you do such a thing, Well mum told me A Cow jumped over the moon, Yes we do Replied Cow Famously Are we for doing this, Feat never seen. "Frog replied" Riibit, well I just jumped over you So now I an the best jumper it seems, Confused, *Thinking, Laughing, Out loud with a MMOOooo You aren't a better jumper than me, We will see little Frog said With that he did a Bounce, Hop, Jumped, Over the Cow once again it seemed, Now it is your turn As Cow looked on nervously So he hooved his feet 1, 2, 3, With that he tried "FAILED" Lost his balance, And in to another's Cow pat His face did meet. Now the cow was not only Black & White But now he was Covered, & Smelled, Like poo, embarrassed Was he The Frog did laugh Ribit, Ribit, Ribit, Loud and clear, Cow looked at frog, Now Cow do you see, Never believe what you hear, Until you see it with your own eyes, This is what my mother read to me, And with that, Frog bounced off happily.

There's a colonel in most every town And chicken he does know But the youth of today are not finger licking They're licking of the toads When they run out of their drugs They must run out of their minds When the toad lickers come a licking Best to run and hide Yes, they've found a brand new high When their *** is running low The poppy fields have all run dry And the cow patty mushroom is no mo The city kids head to the swamps Just hopping at the thrill Grabbing at amphibians And licking them at will With every tantalizing lick Trippy little colors do they see Pass around the froggy For another lick if you please But who am I to judge As crazy as it looks Could it be as bad as crack With one lick and you're hooked I have this nagging question though That bothers me to this day Who was the first to lick the toad And say this taste okay          ~ribbit~

~Toad Licking~
same setting from a year ago... i am not sure why, but before the clock strikes twelve midnight, my eyes would surely open no matter what. coffee in bed right now, with a few cookies to munch.... my bifocals, where are they? i need them now...i could vaguely see something crawls on the carpet, making rounds, circling my bed... oh, no, it is hopping towards my comforter... I stretch a leg beneath the pillows something moves very near my toes. i withdraw my leg, alarmed, as it quickly disappears... ...then reappears!  now stationary... this is starting to annoy me... I poke it with a pencil, fear no longer present, now, with my bifocals found. but it hops.....and hops... and hops into hiding down.....down.....below, somewhere inside my comforter. In lieu of me, it is now the  comforted. it is taking too long to come out. .....something i realized just now..... could it be possible, could it remember... i was kind enough not to use a swatter before.... why, i feel like i am being welcomed! we are playing hide-and-seek, a welcome dance it is! here and now, just like before from last  autumn, we are finally reunited, my cricket friend and i....   S a l l y   Copyright  2013      Rosalia Rosario A. .....reunited.....
What would occur if gravity failed me and I was lifted far into the heavens, Past the clouds and into the dark abyss of space? I would have nothing with me but my mind to reflect the world we all know. I wouldn’t think for long however, I would be to busy dancing around with the planets, to remember the harsh words that were said that night. I would be found hopping around on Saturn’s rings, giving her all the love I could. I would be found  talking to the Sun, telling her how we all missed her when she went away for the nights, without her we lay restless and cold waiting for her return. I would be found comforting Pluto, See he as well was easily forgotten. I would meet all the stars that make up the night sky, and say how we are all inspired by the beauty they give off, how we all glance up at them at our greatest moment of weakness and remember we aren’t alone, whispering to them all our troubles knowing that they will always be there to listen. And while everyone goes to sleep, I will finally join them and dream of never leaving this world that I have entered. I will finally forget you and the lies you told, laying restless no longer. So if you need to contact me, I can be found  floating across galaxies, talking to the asteroids, sharing stories of how I thought it would be the end if you left, laughing about the fact that everything was actually better. I will be among the stars, searching no more for love, because I am loved by the planets and all the stars. I no longer dread on not having the love of another, because there is far more love out there then in you.   The Earth still spins and the Sun still shines, the only difference being I don’t love you anymore.

T'was the night before Christmas The gifts were all wrapped When the smell, well...it hit me Our new puppy had crapped I knew I could smell it It was not just a **** The puppy had dropped one I awoke with a start I could hear a slight rustle As he went to his bed But, the smell made me nauseous And it turned my eyes red I could hear a slight jingle From the dog tags he wore It was then that I found it In the hall, by the door I had not put on slippers I had not hit the light I just hope I could see it Try as I might But, as puppy bombs go this was one for the ages It had started out loose And had grown in three stages My foot found it first And before I could halt It was between my toes And it wasn't his fault If I'd turned on the light I'd have seen it, no sweat But, now, I was hopping With a foot, brown and wet I was off to the bathroom Hopping mad, so to speak when from out of my bedroom I heard "What's that reek?" It was worse than it started Now, I'd helped it along It was me, now in trouble And somehow, that was wrong Down in the kitchen I could hear the dog snore While, I was still hopping On one foot by the door My wife, said "go shower" And clean up the rug I hopped to the bathroom And sat down, with a shrug It was the night before Christmas I should be out like a log But, this is my life Because I own a dog....

A puppy's christmas
Hopping frog, hop here and be seen, I'll not pelt you with stick or stone: Your cap is laced and your coat is green; Good bye, we'll let each other alone. Plodding toad, plod here and be looked at, You the finger of scorn is crooked at: But though you're lumpish, you're harmless too; You won't hurt me, and I won't hurt you.

Frog And Toad
It was in the end of September, The kashmir trip i still remember, The thought of going to the heaven on earth made me feel so excited, I was happy and delighted, Our eyes filled with enthusiasm and hope, And to kashmir we wanted to lope, Just the twelve of us, There wouldn't be any ruckus or fuss, We were accompanied by ma'am Handa and Mr. Pandey, We enjoyed everything from gondola rides to our house boat stay, We went to places like Sonamarg and Pahalgam, We'd get tired reach the hotel and apply Jhandu balm, We enjoyed all our horse rides, We were accompanied by well-versed guides, We always managed to take out time for shopping, From shop to shop we went hopping, Kashmiri kawah and authentic Kashmiri food for almost every meal, Would make the tiredness for long distance walking heal, A Kashmiri wedding is also what we attended, For back and forth rides on shikara we depended, Oh! But to sum up I have to say, In kashmir we loved it each and everyday.

Journey through the heaven on earth
While the clock ticks to the hour, yesterday's remains washed clean in the shower To obtain her power Applying her make-up for the night, making sure everything's just right, holding tonight doesn't end in a fight She'll do anything she can To please a man, even if it's not part of the plan The night is coming to its peek It's the money that she will seek Each night at the bar, hopping tonight she'll go far, we all know what you are We can see the attention you crave, by the way you behave You're willing to be any mans nightly slave & you only pretend to be brave As the bar doors close, you return to your hoes, you think you're slick & nobody knows about your ***** shows I can't tell you what to do But just remember when they are through, they'll just leave you, you're their ***** fling, their one night thing They'll never be your king nor give you a ring So go home, feeling alone Waiting by your phone But let it be known When you're pretending to be nice it's because Your love cones with a price!!

Kangaroos (Tyburn Poem)
It’s the beginning of the monsoons and of the week, A clouded chilly one with the clouds blanketing the sun. I’m struggling to get out of bed and into my daily routine, Running late as always, there’s never time for fun. The first rains of the season were not welcomed with a smile, Cars, Buses and mopeds splashing and spraying water all around. People cursing the rains and others on the roads, Racing to the office is not as easy as it may sound. It’s a dark dull day with no sunshine to light my path, And the rain to rob me of the dryness I had left.   As a child I remember this being different in every way, The rain bringing me cheer and happiness, never indulging in theft. Stopping at a red light, all wet and soggy, I see this small figure making way between the vehicles standing. On every window and door she knocked with enthusiasm, This little girl hopping around in every puddle landing. Trying to sell the water lilies she had in her hand, Not letting the frowns or the drops of rain her spirit lower. She shines off all the hate and the disgust, Through the muck and water walking to sell this pretty flower. All of the dullness and gloom she got rid. A smile on my face and in my heart she brought, This little girl with those bright water lilies, Like the flower she sold, all eyes and hearts she caught. Bringing smiles and spreading fragrances in times so dull, The water lily blooms in the muck and conditions degrading. So did this little girl on this dark rainy day, Returning cheer and happiness drained in the rain by blooming.

*In my Garden at the night a lover wakes up to the sight Of Twinkling Stars and Dazzling Moon he sings a song and plays a tune laden with dew amidst the green grass he calls out to his beloved she's a beautiful lass he sings the mating song in a sweet gentle croon comes hopping down to him his lover so swoon A serenade of love rings through the night the music plays till the morning light*

Chirping Cricket
Black cabs and ab-dabs. Dashing through London streets, High heels and crippled feet. Back street bars, wealthy sheiks, ever running, Hide and seek. Black panther's in lippy, Colourful hippies. Turbans and tunics, Kiddies in cotton, with mud on their bottoms. Big Whigs and stiff prigs. Market stalls and rubber ***** Undergrounds and all around. City beats, it's hopping on. On and off off of buses and train. London love life, kicking pain. Picks up his drink and thinks like a fish. A couple more beers, three seconds of fun. Slipped into his glass. Glass one, two three, Freedom four. Needs more. (c) LIVVI

DIVERSITY
Thanksgiving is a time that never will I forget Hopping in the car for a very long ride to grandma's house With heavy white frost on the grass, glistening in the sun Singing songs and counting grain bins to pass the time Now the frost is melting, we are getting close to the grandparents Rounding that last bend and then their lane up to the house Riding up to the house I can see smoke coming from the chimney To the door and into the house, I see my cousins playing, and smell the Turkey Grandma's brown and gold tablecloth, covered with her silver trimmed grey dishes and crystal goblets ready for us to eat. Have to sit and chat while watching the Macy's parade Saying our blessings and giving our Thanks as we begin the feast Copyright 2013 All Rights Reserved

Over the River and through the Woods
*On a bright and delightful Easter morning A furry white rabbit, wiggled her pink adorable nose Peeking through lush bushes In a lovely and distinctive pose And jiggled her cottony soft scut Aiming into a vegetation On this sunny day With so much motivation Quietly hopping into a blissful garden Placing decorative filled eggs in pastels With little time to rest As she quickly inhales Adding vibrant colours, to an emerald spiky blanket And into a rainbow of unfolding tulips Enlightening her way, like a dazzling carnival For little peeps enjoyment, upon soft winds movement Beginning in the latter daylight hours, as tots of all ages Eagerly carried empty interwoven baskets, on their quest Pacing through, as in peekaboo And observing who competes the best*

The Heist
Did I notice little birds early in the morning, Flying and hopping, chirping and tweeting.. Different families of birds chirping.. Brown, yellow chested, black with long tail and orange beak, house sparrow too, Hens and cock's crow too... All are busy talking Do they ever listen too?? ** As a child I remember, ** I Came back from school and twittered about my day, Each evening my family sat around each other, And all had to speak at once, None of us there were listeners.. So what one could hear was lots of twitterati.. My mom just said hmm and hmm.. Never really heard my endless stories.. My brother was gem... He always heard.. Don't know how much.. Though Each sentence of mine ended on .. Is it not bro?... And yes said he always..! From those carefree twittering to this day, Life has moved so much.. ** Life always moves, one always grow, From constant chatter to a deep silence. And so ** I wonder do birds ever become silent.. From Cuckoo to Wisdomed Owl From experienced Eagle to the chirping house sparrow.. Do they too grow silent when old?? The early morning chirping, Is it from young birds?? Are the old one just saying hmmm Are they listening ? Or are they talking? Ever wondered what happens in birds world?? ** Though nothing much changed now in my house.. ** We still speak at the same time We hardly have ear for other's stories.. But now we don't speak our heart out.. We are not those chirping type anymore, We speak about our performance, We speak about our achievement We speak about the praises we receive.. We give our Wisdom, We give our advice.. ** But we hardly speak about ourselves.. ** Sometimes, I still long to be that child again.. Twittering my tongue constantly.. Till my mother yells "Shhh! keep quiet" And my brother says.. I am listening.. you say..!!! ** Alas, life moves on, life always make one grow.. ** Sparkle in Wisdom

** Sparkle in Wisdom

kangaroo playtime
Only in the best season, The forgotten gateway opens up a field of bell flowers in two colours, White, the colour of light and love, as pure as it sounds like, Golden, alike the majestic rising sun in the early morning, They never cross the road, but are seperated by it, I wonder why... Perhaps it is the harmony, created by the untouched nature, Or is it the order they chose to grow in, while the warm weather can be felt through body and soul, through emotions and the mind, Only the chirping of the locusts, hopping from bell to bellflower, The road is frankly short, leading to a near forest, yet the sensation, brought to the optic nerve and to the nose through the sweet smell, This is what makes it something which cannot be truly conveyed in words, because, the untouched nature is art in its very own way, Until the greed of humanity destroys its gift with their toxity, What remains are the memories of harmony and grace. ~ Umi
