"correction" poems
Perfection The subjection of one’s interjections Based on the world The world of today Can you change what you think What others have to say Were interconnected but not in connection With a convection of perfection that inhibits rejection Or constant correction of certain parts or sections That people fail to mention for their own protection Believing a misconception to gain desired affection Wasting their discretion for a false obsession Thoughts of concession and encouraging suppression This is just one dissection of perfection It is but one path, one direction But this should lead to many other questions What about succession from the term perfection? Is it needed to drive people to higher ascension? Maybe one day society can undergo a social resurrection Where creed, religion, race, freedom are not held in contention No more crimes, no need for detention Everyone is happy, no more thoughts of depression Everyone can be comfortable with their own reflection Hopefully this dissection can leave a lasting impression And drive home the need for a universal intervention To stop and think what it means strive for perfection For you may have it wrong upon further inspection

Dissection of Perfection
Erebus disaster - November zulu niner zero one November zulu niner zero one This is Vanda Station. We have clear weather with no cloud and little wind. If you want to fly over the dry valleys we will flash you with our signal mirrors so you can pinpoint the station. I am not this person... Correction: I was not that person. Every pacifying sentence, every empty promise, every apology, every manipulation, they made me her. And I don't blame you as much as I blame your words. I admit I play the martyr and we all know you play the victim. We deserve Oscars. We play them so well. You have to admit you want no part of this. It has been obvious for more than five years. Now I have to listen as your daughter cries for you... saying you are gone... saying she needs you... saying I broke your heart... and I must comfort her... saying you love her. Tell me why that feels like a lie?

Martyr (Victim) Complex
A widespread condition related to nutrition is lactose intolerance that is in essence the inability to digest and assimilate the milk sugar-lactose-the substrate that is acted upon by lactase- the specific enzyme over a period of time. This may happen suddenly and generally at any age most unexpectedly. Lactose intolerance is caused by the absence of the enzyme lactase that breaks down lactose to the simple sugars- glucose and galactose. The condition may be secondary,  congenital, or developmental. Secondary lactose intolerance invariably has its occurrence related to a gastrointestinal infection and its disappearance is linked to the causative factor’s correction. This type of intolerance- (certainly a nuisance) is reversible if we are a bit careful. Congenital lactose intolerance, an inherited form of intolerance, is a rare genetic  abnormality that one can unearth soon after an infant’s birth. This need not cause any fear as it lasts only half a year. Developmental lactose intolerance also known as primary  intolerance is one wherein the enzyme synthesis is progressively less during childhood and this persists into adulthood. Lactose Intolerance
it's night now and events have stopped. Stillness evades the froth of evening calm leather moves none under the fabric. This home -- older than our world -- flushed with wisdom -- flushed with glee -- flushed with the violent storm of transience and correction -- eyesight jiggled and adjusted for new intentions -- meaning frisked for rocks on a Boeing -- it's night now and events have stopped. you have stopped. I have stopped.

sweetest perfection
In search of enlightenment I stumble. EMDR handled my childhood traumas, Small pebbles can grow into landslides if not checked. Buddha's mindfulness allowed for some insight, But being aware of my behaviour does not always lead to course correction, My personal OnStar can merely suggest direction, As I am only a passenger on this ride. I am left strained. I can see the road And the beautiful sun set. I can feel you beside me, But I do not trust, I fear If I look too closely I will find you gone. And so I continue My search for enlightenment, My lasting hope is When this journey ends I will find you there.

In Search of Enlightenment
Evil & crime so predictable & stale. Stupid how arrested suspects get bail. Convicted when their victims tell. Prison is where some stay & are jailed. They have to communicate by mail. Sometimes their focus goes in another direction. Where probation happens after correction. Child & spousal abuse, drug use, & rehab that is no use. History repeats Wives & children still get beat. Their isn't always a Superman or Batman to be your hero. With a sword or crossbow. Details of armed robbery , drug dealing & smuggling. Stabbings & muggings. On the inside homosexual love with cuddling. Human trafficking & prostitution. Violating amendments & constitutions. They are how they are from how they were raised. If their victims could speak from the grave Or had they been saved. They could explain & describe how their rapists & killers behaved. Male & females do their time. Years in custody for their crimes. Seriousness of their offenses vary. Some educate, get jobs, or marry. Behind bars is where violence belongs. To be punished for all that they did wrong. Some from death row are now dead. Similar to the wildlife in a zoo behind bars they get fed.

Darkness Prevails
We want to understand our world and humans that are in it situations and events that shake it up and spin it make our choices, choose our path, convinced that it is 'right' until we see another path that's just beyond our sight a different path but yet, the same, with others plain to see all moving on or standing still, all people, you and me as paths converge what happens next is basic and is right no pushing shoving or standing ground, no need to stay and fight a simple course correction, moving round each other with ease to continue on our paths, no two the same you see For all the paths eventually arrive at the same conclusion that help us clear our hearts and minds removing our confusion it's not the destination that was paramount, but those along the way people, lessons, obstacles, that come with each new day the journey that we travelled bringing thought and clarity Be glad you chose the path you did ~ Be glad that you now see

Divergent Paths
I've come to a realization. I'm different than everyone else and that's okay. I'm not weird. I'm unique. Nobody has ever truly been able to understand me. Though, a few have come quite close. I feel with everything in me. I have depth to my thoughts that most don't. I dance for no reason. I dress to mood. You never know what to expect from me. You can never fully grasp me. I've always been this way. And for years I've been judged for it. Even by those closest to me. But, I like who I am. Correction. I love who I am. I'm smart and beautiful. I'm a free spirt. I never like to stop moving. To stop talking. And that's okay. That's just who I am. I don't want to be just another face in a crowd of the same collage on repeat. I'm unique. I'm real. I'm brutally honest. I love facts. Cleaning and making lists make me happy. I'll go from listening to hard rock to listening to Broadway. I don't know if I'll ever find someone who truly understands the way my mind works. But that's how I like it. I finally like who I am. I like being unique. As we all should be. We should all be unique.

The dark side of love Claws and teeth I am hungry for you Short skirt aimed in my direction I need correction Some might say To iron out the kinks But I think sensuality for the soul Is sometimes being out of control.

The dark side of love
Is there perfection in imperfection? Or is that just a personal projection? I look at my own reflection, With mental disconnection. The only thing I see is rejection, Everything needs a correction. Especially my midsection, There is no perfection. Only objection, To the imperfection.

Mirror
A disappointment can make one sad It can also raise emotions on one becoming mad It becomes apparent in holding to someone’s promise But let’s be honest A person’s promise means nothing in the voice with no documentation behind it But on the same level, one shouldn’t make a promise they know they can’t keep Friendship becomes a clean sweep However, a disappointment becomes an understanding of the mind and soul having a reason for the disappointment having a connection No it was said right without needing correction Disappointment is a happening that must be Again, it will understanding for you to see In order to get through a disappointment, there is a waiting period This is all part of God’s plan Now I am sure you are going to think otherwise But what’s being said is no surprise It’s time for all to realize Disappointments will come I know everyone wants disappointments to be next to none But disappointments are part of life Sometimes you will look for encouragement being advice Keeping up being inspired is always nice Don’t even think twice Preparation is only the beginning It’s God’s plan that will be fulfilling I disappoint you not I don’t have a plot In fact, I have tied my own disappointment into a knot Now it will be time for the waiting period having a plan to take effect.

DISAPPOINTMENT VIBE
Welcome to our city, The happiest place on earth! We’re conditioned to be happy folks, Starting right from birth. In the mornings are our daily shots, To keep our senses dull. Then we walk to morning class, Grins plastered to our skulls. They seat us by a great big screen With images and sound. They show us what will happen If we ever slip a frown. We gawk at the “Correction Site” You’ll see as you drive in. It’s filled with rotting corpses With no choice BUT to grin! So we are always happy! Happy as can be! There is no crime, or sin, or tears, Only endless glee! Can’t you see me smiling? Don’t you want this too? Come join our happy city! Yes, the city, she wants you….

The Happiest Place on Earth
So I hid it Took it like a written confession and swallowed it Decades of genders, females and males screaming, as I melted down the word on my tongue they had fought to keep, that they had killed for and won. As I joined a flock of sheep who wouldn't accept a goat Who didn't want to listen when I wrote down that I believed in the allegedly frown-worthy opinion that equality should exist. That it should be taught right from the yolk of existence. That it's regulation requires persistence. They told me that prejudice was a myth Ironic, they also told me I shouldn't exist Told me I was lesbian, like it was an insult, when I decided to stage a revolt and mark the popular girl in netball and win. self high five Oh dear, what a schoolgirl sin to perpetrate. I was taught to take hate by the masses who yelled that the classes of acceptance were unnecessary Popular girl: small correction, although I cannot say you personally give me a feminine ******** I'm bisexual, get it right. Also examine the fact that you thought I'd only fight because I wanted you. When in fact I both loathe and pity you, you do not understand your worth, and you don't give proper respect to the earth of your elders. Who have handed down shoulder to shoulder something different from the everyday pain. They've handed down the hope that their strivings were not vain, and one day this war will cease. The smoke of a pen, not a gun, calling peace. So, I am a feminist and I call for release.

when no objective is best for our protection protecting ourselves would be the best direction directing ourselves toward a progressive connection connecting our minds to make a collective correction correcting the obsessions that infect our perception perceiving ourselves as the essence of conception conceiving a brand new perspective of reception receiving the blessing that we call perfection

a collective perfection - double quantum loop poem
Biro poetry doesn’t work It does not flow or fill the page with easy thoughts The pen is a bulky lover, rather than the finer bodied pencil It gives no quarter in correction, and scribbling out is just a messy affair So it is unsatisfactory, clumsy and clogging Oh for my pencil, where have you gone, my love? Your fine point skating the velum, An extension of my mind Allowing expression beyond such coarse biro ******
