My sister was born with a special gift
she could weave could weave so beautifully
almost all the kings wives & daughters wanted her stock
like this she became very famous

She soon got a big head
let arrogance posses her mind
she mocked the king
sparring no mercy

One of the king's wives was angry
challenge her to a weaving contest
the wife lost
my sister mocked her

She was turned into a spider
the wife was never kinder

Way down south where bananas grow,
A grasshopper stepped on an elephant's toe,
The elephant said , with tears in his eyes,
'Pick on somebody your own size'

woolly
scarf
was
worn
by
Geraldine
Giraffe.
Arou­nd
her
neck
the
scarf
she
wound,
but
still
it
trailed
upon
the
gr­ound.

Shame on you
screeched the teacher
as she spotted him
scrunching up his crisp packet
and dropping it carefully
on to the pavement outside school.
