The discs in my back

And also sit too much
In my computer chair
I need to stretch out

By walking in the

Nursing home

And I need to start looking

That I am no longer health
I keep always hearing from
My friends for me to look

They tell me  it is time
To make a change

I am slowly killing my self
When I eat my porridge
For breakfast I put
Sugar in my porridge

To clean up my kidneys

I took the ferry boat

I go to church on Sundays
And I love going to church on Sundays
Soon we will change the clock
