They had their own demons to deal with

She's an adult now
She has a lot of friends or are they really
A job to keep her going
She is miss independent now
Did I mention she's got a boyfriend
Yes, they are inseparable

Soon she might want to be a parent
Is she equipped to succeed at it
I wonder aloud
Or is she doomed from the go
She's has no point of reference
Nor does she have any ready support from mum
Simply, she might be walking in the darkness

Would it be fair to judge her parenting skills
Especially, if she makes mistakes while trying
What is role of one generation preparing the next
Are parents obliged to train and prepare their children for life challenges

The old man's heart pained
