There are parts of me like a hotel
Luxurious hold up a cocktail
Desert the sub - par knurls
Of thought , abortions to not seed

There are parts of me metallic
Beautiful hardware, durable
Rusts all kinds of gusts
Vermin to be trampled,
Yes those are it's musts
Doesn't feel doesn't filter
Thus risks to be it's own malware
PARALYSIS

There are parts of me melodic
Catchy,the luring bridge
But what they capture behold
Are not lyrics I always wish to sing
Everyday ,they got me love...once
There are parts of me.. inconsistently found

There are parts of me hallowed
Meant for taking by the Lord
But I lend, not donate
Strict, a defunct sonnet
Still willingly believes
He can make it as a free verse

There are parts of me borrowed
Like a shirt,a shoe or a hat
I don't put them on anymore
They know the bottom of my drawers
As corpses know the morgue

There are parts of me that have been swindled
Robbed in adolescence, again in culture
Some were returned later
No longer useful.... slain

But there are parts of me
Happy like Christmas morning
Come once a year
Twice if I mail the others
To forgetfulness
Without an address
That spite would not know
Where it used to live

You know the thing
They have admitted they don't know
The one that rocks the waters
Of our cosmos
The one everywhere like a deity
You have read about but not seen
You believe it's there
Though you can't feel it push
You believe it's alive
Though it stays put
The gravity of the universe
We know so well
So much that it's memory we can afford to forget

You're a renowned marathon athlete
With firm,earthly ties
Myself an avid skydiver
Prefers motion,is better when he flies
But I believe soon we shall meet
Halfway, when I parachute down
And you stop to take a breather
For a short moment
