People like us don't change. We just do a little better each time.

My blood flows blue
Yet is as black
As ink through my veins
I write mostly lies,
Yet still some subtle truth remains

Don't judge someone who sins differently than you do.

It's (Still) the End of the World As We Know It

We're still here, that's weird
It's not exactly clear
When my friend
When will it ever end
I don't know don't care
Everything is just too much to bear
Guys are girls, girls are guys
Seems the world is all in black and white
There's pollution abortion
Can I take a portion of your time

Religious people sitting in bars
Thats a hook hey look
There's people crashing into cop cars
Oh hey that's great
Here comes another earthquake
Sirens go by smoke fills the sky
People wonder why nobody cares
Well it's true, they do
But they only care about themselves
Another states underwater
People are riding on top of book shelves

Covid is a motive
For people to cause destruction
Burn their automotives,
Build their explosives
Oh no what do you do
When men in suits are running after you
They think you're up to something
They think you know something
Are you talking about the alien invasion
And how you won't warn the nation?
We're sitting ducks
Just waiting to be ****** up
Into the sky

I wonder how I wonder why
How it ever came to this
And why it always gets dismissed
The people cry with no one there
To dry their eyes
Turn on the tevelevision
And you get more lies

It's still the end of the world as we know it
It's the same thing we've all heard before
It's still the end of the world as we know it
But I dont think the world can take much more

War is Hell
                                                Love is War.

And the queens are under their umbrellas
And the jokers are shaking in their skin
You can hear the thunder calling out to you
Whispering lies like an old friend

The dogs are whining at the rain
While the wolves are howling at the moon
The rain is nice in the summer time
But December is jealous of June

The Kings are looking under their crown
While it slips off their weary heads
And still the rain is coming down
Leaves me with a feeling filled with dread

Will the rain ever know
The people he's drowned before
And the floods help us reap what we sow
But it leaves us wanting more

They came and stepped on
Our sacred land
Took our way of life
Before they took our hand

And the huts and houses
That we built
They burned them down
And had our people killed

And to this day
We still don't understand
The wicked ways
Of the crooked man

They do not listen
They do not see
They ask no questions
To you or to me

But maybe one day
They will learn
That not all bridges
Must be burned

And all you white men
I've got to say
We were here first
When your ships drifted away

And still we will
Make our final stand
When you return
To your own native land
