curdling colour constantly
magical myriad mingle
matching mosaics majestically  
a vibrant vivid
marvel

surrounded by
so much more
than we
need
why do we then
force feed
our
greed

anguish and anger
over many years
hurt and pain
with some tears
attraction addiction
fatal restriction
unable to fix
a scourging affliction

split splintering
wedge widening
gap gaping
secrets secreting
so much hidden
so much hiding
pretence can lead to
much
dividing

men keep lists
of those they kissed
details intimacies form and shape
times places perhaps a date
and when their self esteem is low
these records stroke their brittle ego

his track record is on the shelf
revealing much about himself
double dicing when he felt the need
copiously spreading his spewing seed

spreading with his twitching gun
spraying loving so much fun
shame and guilt under rage
tricked and trapped in his own cage
