But you’re right it was just me, all alone
Blinded by the fact that you two were “in love”  
Heartbroken by the fact you said “I’ll change this time” “I won’t hurt you anymore” all because you see the tears streaming down my face

I know I’ve made mistakes two
But lie to you?
How could I lie to the person I love?
Through the struggle & pain I’m realizing
Maybe you did love me
Maybe you just got tired of me,
Maybe you got use to the fact I got use to the fact you would still hurt me
And I wouldn’t leave you
Because I still love you,
I still love you after you lie
I still love you when you break my heart
I still love the same as the first time I said “I love you”
But as time goes on, I’ll carry on
I know it won’t be easy at first
But I have to tell myself
It’s better than getting hurt
I will learn to love myself
I will take the scars you have given me and turn them into a beautiful work of art
