Blood and guts
Blasting it in our faces
While I visit the park and
Feed the ducks
Thinking...
It's getting too hot.

Are creatures
Of so many kinds
Getting on with be their business
Never
Thinking of
God or the devil.

Reticent.
Requiring solitude,
Nothing
Superficial
Nothing
Profound,
To
Be
On MY own
Not a sound
No music
No guns
No controversy
Not a sound.

For a while
Let me stare
And
Not care.

In an Instant
You, my Precious, were
Gone!
Simultaneously,
In that very same Instant
You
We're
There!
Reunited
With Your Love
Complete
Never to part.

I, yes I! see the Joy in both your eyes
See you hand in hand

Paradise,
The Eternal place.
