As the sun fades into the dim twilight
Another beautiful day passes through
With my thoughts mesmerized by only you
Your sapphire eyes that radiate bright
Captivate the essence of my heart and soul
Everything you do to me, you know naught
But I am captured by this very thought
Of how my heart you brilliantly stole

I'm living in a reality that is not real
Existing but not living
As if I'm in a dream from which I cannot awaken
Days pass yet time remains still
And all fades with the sands of time
No logical sequence exists, a non-sequitur
Existence itself unravels and reveals nothing
Nothingness is existence
What nilhistic thought plagues my mind
Yet truth is found in nothing
What of that?

The light shines through
But doesn't reach these eyes
I am blinded by darkness
And only comforted by the solitude
Loneliness eases my soul
And cleanses my thoughts
