I had high hopes
I was very confident
look where that got me.

I was blinded from what seemed perfect
I kept on reaching and reaching
for a world dream, one that led to nothingness

I was longing for something
one I never found
I kept on justifying my actions
which led to tears
Instead I satisfied my desires and found refuge in the wrong peers . A ll of those were my fears

I degraded myself
traded my pride
traded my dignity
I was treated as trash and didn't mind
I was used as some object of a game
I became part of some kinda cult
we all just seemed lame
but in the end....I was the one that Was played!!!

I build up inside of you
I ignite the fire in everyone else too
and after exploding you feel like a fool
yes, I consume your life
Make it seem as if it's not your own

Many people know me but you can call me anger
the fire that's burning in you
the driving force that makes  you cry
you realise your alone because of all your outbursts
yes, I am the lieutenant commander
when I call you answer
you just happen to hold on to grudges a bit longer
it excites me because I become stronger.
