the women are strong and beautiful and relentless the women can withstand pain far greater than any man 113 pounds of meat walking the streets they don’t need your muscles they have their voice and before you know it you’re tossed out on the streets or left alone with roaches or thrown in a jail cell or taken to court or put in a madhouse after they got inside your head and tore you down psychologically or played with your emotions like a puppet and left you to the point of suicide while they ride around town with younger men 113 pounds of meat walking the streets the power they hold the magic they perform the voice they use they can take you to heaven or send you straight to hell they can clean the **** stains from your underwear or have you sitting on the edge of a bed in a hotel room, penniless, with the bottle tilted towards the stucco ceiling, wondering where it all went wrong they don’t need your muscles save them for whoever or whatever might be coming next.

113 POUNDS OF MEAT WALKING THE STREETS
In the silence before the bell rings clear, A woman stands with no trace of fear. Her fists are clenched, her gaze is tight, She knows the battle won't end tonight. The ropes may bind, but not her soul, For every strike, she takes control. In every round, a lesson’s found, A warrior’s spirit, unbowed, unbound. She dances with shadows, swift on her feet, Turning each challenge into defeat. Her gloves may bruise, but never break, For in her heart, no room for fake. Life throws punches, hard and fast, But she’s built to endure, to last. Through every fall, she rises tall, A testament that we can have it all. Each jab, a truth; each hook, a fight, She battles in darkness to find the light. In her eyes, a fire, in her heart, a song, She teaches the world where we belong. For in the ring, as in life, we see, Strength is not in muscle, but in being free. To stand, to fight, to never flee, She’s a champion of life’s wild sea. This is her lesson, her enduring creed, To rise, to fight, to always lead. In the ring, she finds her way, And shows us all we can win the day.

In the Ring
We are no damsels in distress, Don’t you try to turn us into your mistress. Here’s a brief outline, Without your last name we will get by just fine. The season of chauvinism ends here, We will no longer live in fear. So speak as you may, in your bitter twisted lies. Just like the phoenix, from our ashes we’ll rise.

To the men in denial
The essence Of woman empowerment Should not be to equip her To compete or reach The status of a man It is bringing her To the point Where her works Are impacting and noticeable And ultimately Being able to impart knowledge To the next generation of females

Woman empowerment
She was praised for being silent Dismissed for speaking out loud She was living in a woman's world Where her chances of being heard Would only happen if she spoke up Her voice was soft but certainly not brittle Sounding just like the rain But her words strike like thunder Ominous and commanding That carry a weight no man could ever lift Her face resembled that of an angel But she raised hell like the devil Her ancestors' wildest dreams A plum blossom in late winter Blooming in adversity Unyielding to the patriarchy But men will try to rein her in To contain the fire she possesses But she was never under their control Ferocious as a dragon, freedom to roam Burning all their limitations A precious gift from heaven But your worst nightmare from hell She is a woman, all in one Who has come into her own And she won't ever let you forget

A Woman
such beauty should be locked away, as they say. such a pity how some believe that looks power over the brain. when truly both go hand in hand to create an unstoppable force of a woman.

rage on
It takes one hand to hold One body to grow One soul to feel One mind for goals It takes an opinion to take a stand a voice to set forth command Two eyes for us to see the cold and distinct reality we all live and breathe bleed the same blood eat the same food makes the same mistakes learn in the same way lie in the same way we venture we act so allow me to ask Why not treat each other the same?

Same - A poem of logic and Woman Empowerment
Fall seems the season for forgiveness, But I am the only benevolent by heart, Who reflected a privilege despite not being a son. So for mothers with a purpose in their hearts- There’s more than a name just pronounced, Leave your daughters with an abundance of deliverance, Maybe they’ll learn to build their own homes with it, and survive in it.
