#gather
Keep away from bad company if you want to see the new day as dark clouds will quickly gather to drive the light of hope away. __________________________

Simple Observation #364 - Keep away from....
Smoking myself crazy In the wind hear your voice If truly making you happy I support your choice I love her loving you Embrace and sharp cold words Fear not you moving on But not moving forwards For all we have been through Turns and coils my distress A mind ferocious and primal Tamed by loneliness All the thoughts go unsaid Linger in air If only each one could be gathered Carried away somewhere

I Love Her For Loving You
Where small minds gather there is bound to be trouble brewing and people who don't see. __________________

Simple Observation #362 - Where small minds gather....
every breathe a praise every sight an insight every utterance, life and every act, faith of those who gather not nor reap but live as in every beast who dwells on this earth

Life
The sun blares upon me, as I gather my fruits from the tree of life. My body aches and perspires and I go on, picking them for my future. The gloom of this mundane, sets into my mind, as I toil in the heat. I yearn for the rain, to come and cleanse me of this toil and let me enjoy, the fruits.

The fruits of the Mundane
I have laid lilies at your door, close your eyes and smell them; there is nothing pretentious about them. There is no bill enclosed in the greeting card nor needle tucked between  the stems. It has been a gesture of love, simple things that grow like moss on rocks and pearls in oysters I have laid them gently, made a horticulturist of myself I have worn big hats and ventured into my own fields to snip the loviest of the bunch –and in my basket I always gather for two. One for my kitchen table and the other one for you

Fresh lilies ( I make two bundles)
I wish I was a rain drop, There's never a same stop. I would always be together, There will always be a space to gather.

Scatter~Gather
Gather near Young and old A story of Winter to be told The Blue-Haired Monster smiled at me Then stole my soul with wicked glee He knows my name Gather near Boys and girls The Blue-Haired Monster’s tangled curls Warned me of the danger Yet stuck in the remainder It knows my name

The Gathering
Come Come one Come all Gather 'round and gather here Listen close and settle near For on this day Authority is interrupted I've come as close as any man Can get To stealing his own shadow What? Divine throwback A crime so small It's never shed Come Come far Come wide Sit on grounds of moss and stone Observe sinful musings to atone For on this night I disrupt authority I've gone as far as any man Can go To shatter down my broken soul What? Opaque treasure A ruse so slick it's never seen Come Go Be broken Be whole

Night of the Sun
Flocking towards each other, All gather in hopeful peace. Never worried in this special place, Dreaming of a time when their Own kind would never be hated on. Malicious individuals breaking in, Silence flowing throughout.

Acrostic #1
ashes cover my bones i stare at the fire i started my past lies behind me my swords are not blunt anymore my shield is destroyed smoke rises up blinding the rest of the world slowly, i rise i stand amidst my remains naked and pure, stronger and wise, my swords are not blunt anymore now,i watch my story unfold

gather
Jesus come to us; we are gathered here this day We are listening, let us hear what you would say Quicken our hearts Lord and let your spirit rain down As praises and singing and dancing fill our cities and towns Jesus be with us; while we pray as one tonight Fill us with peace and wisdom, fill us with your light By the cross and by your grace you have set us free Take the blindness from our eyes so we can finally see Jesus consume us; move and have your will Flood our veins and our souls; ever moving, never still Saturate the very air until all we breathe is you Change us from within until we are made new Amen
