Green and refined, Ancient and divine, Only the devoted are blessed with the fortuity To paint with your colors, To master your intricate rituals, To consume your ichor, To worship each and every form you take. Those who have never known you Or refuse to bask in your light Will call this idolatry or heresy, That your right to be worshipped does not compare, But they'll never know the privilege Of feeling your warmth in their ephemeral bodies, And tasting your sanctity, So they can speak your tongue and cry their fervent praise.

Speaking Your Gospel
When I awaken When I hear the weave Of Egyptian cotton Rise and fall                        Around your torso When you wrap yourself                        As an Ibis                        Offer yourself                        Become eternal Whilst we worship each other                        As Pharaohs              The sun will continue to burn

Egyptian Cotton
I want to say "Morning" to you every day, When I wake up sweetly at first light, To drink coffee with you under lilac On the open terrace, laughing on sight. I want to plunge into my thought darkness And get only major of them therefrom. They mantle my day, and it'll be cleaner. And happiness will be my master for all. I want to throw out all foul thoughts About my fierce fortune in whole. I want to revive, to cheer up, to uncover And get off meek beggings forever at all. I want to stop making the Deity from pain. But I've got nothing work out at full. And I continue to kowtow to my pain, Begging for save as the latest fool.

I want...
Your sickening words Are a bitter ambrosia. Your compliments insult As piercing as a dagger. You make me bleed Divine drops of gold. You made me holy To **** my mortality. I am not ready to die And be cursed by life. I am unwilling to serve Under your command. I was willing to once, But now I have learned. I was a foolish mortal soul Who was tricked by a god.

72/8 "To **** My Mortality"
We do not sleep. Our all-seeing eyes do not close to rest. Our ethereal bodies don’t have such mundane needs. But we do dream. Vivid imaginations are one of our token traits. Through our dreams, we create schematics and prototypes. We test theories and explore ideas in our superconscious minds. After all, human… What is mankind if not a dream that the gods decided to write down in dirt and blood?

72/11 "A Deity’s Dream"
Any second now, I could come face to face with an enemy Sent by a deity With the soul purpose to immediately End this agony But I can guarantee I'm not that lucky ©2024

~•§•~ Face to Face ~•§•~
My horns of tree trunks; Lift my fragile head, Born in the image of Venus; I live my life to regret. Delicate locks of golden brown; They'll flow like a river downwards, As leaves will begin to crowd; Hiding my own ***** Hidden behind the willow tree; Shall stand both a woman and girl. One in each other, just simply in different worlds. A desperate glance of despair, falling from eyes of the young, A hopeful glare of happiness as the woman looks towards the air. Laying amongst the dirt, the rough ground and grit, it dirties my hands and covers my fingertips. I sprawl outwards like a cat, relaxing below the sunshine, I close my eyes as the sun becomes nothing more than a nightlight. Sweet Taurus; It's whomst I am; Sweet Lady of The Lamb. I live this life as a mortal being, but dreams of becoming a deity within my mind. In prayers, I capture your heart.

Sweet Willow
There's immortal. And then there's Eternal. I've read of immortals - I've read of their exploits, their battles. They bleed. They agonise. They fall. And one day they fail to rise. Eternal is different. Eternal bleeds, agonises, falls and dies only to rise - Eternal.

Persephone, Queen of the Underworld
In the elevation of spirit, I am seperated; Drawn apart from the land-dwellers, I am propelled into the arms of clouds. Eagerly embracing my new fate amongst stars, I rewrite the patterns that form my destiny, As a god amidst the heavens. I fabricate new avenues as I venture, Liberated from the fetters of ground, I find freedom - escaping to new planes. My sole duty to self, Uplifting ego; regal in posture, I am kept aloft of storms in my flight; A seer, with third eye opening To envision silver linings and goals. And even in my solitude I am connected, Solar energy soaring through veins, Spreading wings to swallow sun, I fly with Nut, drifting in meditation, Each breath an inhalation of frequencies. As subtle as Oshun, I am deity as tranquil as stream, Unbounded and infinite; A soul of fire, air, ice and earth. I am element, atom, and energy, One with universe, a sound ensemble, I am cosmic pneuma - A human.

true mantra
What do you hear of me? What rumors slip from others’ lips? They speak of me, evil mistress, eyes that pull in, and a body that gets caught in your windpipe. You are unable to swallow me. You chew on me and hastily spit me out. You choke on me. The wit I possess is too quick for your bruteness. You dismiss my thoughts. I am just a woman, nothing less, and nothing more. Bore to serve you and bear your seed. What do you hear of me? What slips from others’ lips? Am I a murderous harlot? A bitter witch with nothing better to do. Do serpents sit atop my brow, shall I turn you to stone? Am I Charybdis, shall I swallow you whole? They are unable to chop me up into bit sized pieces. For some reason, they do not love me as a collective. What do you hear regarding the treatment of me? You only hear yourselves, deafening my point of view. I hear I have scorned every one of you. Do you hear of who scorned me? Have you ever questioned what may have made me this way? What makes a mistress so vile? The mistreatment of a loving deity can mangle many. I was hanged on a hook, a piece of meat left to rot. I was once pure and heavenly. I will ask once more, What have you heard of me? What tales have slipped from others’ lips? Have you stopped to think what created me to be so evil? I am the evil mistress. I will chew you up and I will eagerly swallow you in all your whole. I know my motive. What is yours?

EVIL MISTRESS
The all attractive mighty- Blue-skinned idol deity, Grasping all suffer and misery Call himself The Hari. Even a leaf can symbol a devotee Being natkhatlal is what Maiyaa worry; His existence is an endless rath, Knowledge is what defines Jagannath. The Lotus-Eyed he is- Lord of Love whom we wish, Charioteer to Arjuna Raas and Kanhaiyya, Together we say- Hari! hari!

Hari! Hari!
Long ago now (if ever), once upon a dream, I was saved by a deity – lovely, serene. Circumstances were dire, I am telling the truth: I was down under water, caught in vines, couldn’t move. It reached out to me, then, from the depths underneath, Pulled me up to the surface; I struggled to breathe. With a song it has lulled me, Of my safety assured me. Years by, haven’t once I remembered the vision. Not until our sudden (or fated?) collision. When I look in your eyes of warm hazel, I hear Softest voice from the memory – ethereal, dear. Are you possibly someone I’ve once only seen, Long ago now (if ever), once upon a dream?

Once Upon a Dream
a large hand from outer space descended to the Earth's surface and with a finger and thumb, grabs me by the belt at the seat of my pants, hoisting me straight up like a fish out of water for viewing with a great concern... He turns my tinyness toward Him and looks me eye to eye, frowning in disapproval— "I dunno, maybe You should just,                  toss me away??" His face then smiled a little, and with a sigh , i was gently lowered back down... "Intervention" ©2007-2020 by Seranaea Jones all rights reserved

Intervention
No gods, no fate, not even yielding to chance To live this one life in full acceptance: This will only happen once! A stubborn strength born of a conviction That there is no soul in need of absolution That life is not made meaningful by abstract metaphysical contortions in favor of a jealous, angry, cruel deity Purportedly in love with creation Such is the choice of the humanist in staunch opposition to the zealot, the spiritualist To stand on one's own feet Acknowledging the grand mystery Not willing to submit.

God is a poet
If your lips are dry, let me moisten them with the sweet fragrance of my lips. When your soul is empty, let me fill it with the fruits of my love so you can moan in ecstasy. Let me whisper in your mouth and it shall melt like honey. A kiss of mine can satisfy the wishes of a Master like you. Tell me how to please you, Lord. Come and swim like a fish into the ocean of my love. Let us melt into each other, let me wound you with everlasting pleasure. God shall be our kingdom and you my only Master.
