Sometimes I feel I'm from another place,
That I belong somewhere else in space,
This world is too much for my heart to bear,
For I come from a land where the life is fair.

There must be some reason I cannot cope,
With violence and hatred, there's almost no hope.
Why must the humans make it this way?
I have no idea, all I can do pray.

I'll dream of my home, full of beauty and love,
And wish that this place will have help from above.
Even if, in the end, it turns out to be,
That wonderful heaven was invented by me.

Forever Faithful
to you, my dear friend.
I promise to cherish
each moment we spend.

I’ll always be grateful
you extended your hand.
Disbelieving, I took it,
and now here I stand

We know the secret;
the reason we live.
Not for wealth or prestige,
but for love that you give.

Forever I’m yours,
and I know you’re mine.
Together we pray,
as our hearts intertwine.
I wrote this for my boyfriend and I hope to incorporate it into our wedding someday.

I heard that you’re single now,
That you lost the girl when you broke your vow,
I heard that you spoiled it all,
You can talk to me, but I won’t crawl.

Old friend, I know you’re not shy,
But it’s not like you to ask much about my life.

I hate to hang up on your call, unpersuaded,
but you had your chance, and I, I won’t be baited.
I just hope to see your face and how much it is jaded,
‘Cause for me, it’s all over.

Nevermind I found someone like you,
I wish you could love the way I do,
Please forget me, I said, now you’ve made your bed,
Sometimes it hurts its true, but sometimes it lasts instead

You know how my heart cried,
Only yesterday I thought I had died,
But I wiped the tears and I clearly see,
He’s twice the man you wish you could be.

Nothing compares to the way that he cares,
You love as much as your pride will allow,
Who would have guessed how much stronger I’d be now?

Nevermind I found someone like you,
I wish you could love the way I do,
Please forget me, I said, now you’ve made your bed,
Sometimes it hurts its true, but sometimes it lasts instead

My mind is extraordinary,
It has the power to erase history,
I cannot remember that time at the park,
I cannot recall what you said in the dark.

Perhaps it is my choice,
To forget your annoying voice,
Recanting the past is completely unnecessary,
When you live in the present, you’ve no burdens to carry.
