A Chronicle of Destiny
They’re falling gently from the heavens,
Singing their sweet, strange lullaby.
As tragedy strikes, they arrive in great packs
Here to offer assistance to those in need.

They’re fast approaching and we feel a rush of warmth
That now runs through our veins.
Everyone stops to stare, dazed with their elegance and charm.
And I find the youth are trembling with fright.
But I know they mean no harm.

And when they turn to go back, as their deed is done,
They leave us all restless.
But I know this was our fate.

And as I watch them go, I wish with all my heart
I could follow them, in their peace and harmony.
And as I watch them go, darkness casts a shadow
So that reality becomes unrecognisable.
And I know this was our destiny.

As Easy As ABC
As brave as a lion
As busy as a bee
As bright as a button
What more could you be?

As fit as a fiddle
As good as gold
As neat as a pin
Sure we’re all getting old!

As blind as a bat
As dry as a bone
As mad as a hatter
You’re not alone!

As black as coal
As clear as mud
As deaf as a post
As snug as a bug in a rug!
