there's a void inside,
where you lived

there's a thought inside
that fails to forgive

there's the blood that drips,
which I fail to admit

there's my heart I hear,
ready to drift

He bites his nail,
she bites her lip.

He looks at her,
she looks at him.

They look away,
they're only ten.

The bell rings—
"Hi! I'm Ben..."

our fears are like each other's,
if only we could talk.

always in disguise,
thoughts hidden with a lock.

against the starry sky

pushing,
pushing
away.

the wind blows,
the sky gives way.

If you feel a little blue
and the sky's a strange hue
of a red-brown goo,
then you've probably got the flu.

If you see multiple views
while you're trying to poo
and the dog's about to moo,
then you've probably got the flu.

If you're holding a saw
to the man with the bra
and your llama has a monkey as a pa,
then you've definitely got the influenza.

they like to hang out,
they really do.

they don’t like being stepped on
they hate the

crunch.
